Family vacation

The unit was fantastic for family of 4 - nice to have the two separate bedrooms plus shared space, well appointed kitchen. Balcony offered fantastic views am and pm. The resort property was great and staff friendly/welcoming. There were a few days we had crocodile warnings so access to the ocean was intermittent, but we still were able to frequent some each day. We taxi'd and walked to Bucerias multiple times which was nice to get off property a bit. Sushi restaurant at Flamingos next door was the best on-site meal - highly recommend! Overall great property and unit, would return.

Perfect spacious rental for family of 4

We stayed here for spring break with our 15 and 18 year olds. The rental was great, comfortable, clean, so spacious. The property is fantastic, ocean view - we saw whales from the balcony, large beautiful pool, pristine grounds, friendly staff. We visited all the onsite restaurants, used the gym, walked to nearby Bucerias for lunch. It was a wonderful trip. Highly recommend this rental!

Weekend getaway

We stayed at the Villa Estancia property for a wedding nearby at Bucerias. It’s a great location between nueva Vallarta and Punta Mita. The beach is clean and not to busy. The resort food and accommodations were excellent. Would highly recommend this condo.

Loved our stay!

This is one of our favorite places to stay. This villa gives you 2 bedrooms with a kitchen and living room too! Also, a fabulous deck with a fantastic view of the ocean. We love the easy access to the walking path into Bucerias and the wonderful restaurants. Teri was wonderful to work with. All the staff is amazing at Villa La Estancia!

Great property on the 7th floor with an expansive patio. Service is outstanding at the property, particularly pool staff Aaron, Jesus and Christian. Omar was especially helpful as a bellhop. Wonderful and quiet vacation. Host very helpful as well. Love to return!

Perfection!

Everything about our stay was even better than we expected. The condo was spacious, comfortable and well stocked. The view and location was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful--really amazing customer service. I couldn't believe how huge the deck was. We loved the pool and the poolside service. The owner sent us very helpful information before our trip. I highly recommend this unit, and would love to travel here again!

Awesome Property

Listing was accurate. As many others have mentioned, view was great, enjoyed the large balcony. I used the on property gym and all equipment was clean and up to date. Took long walks on the beach and the short walk to Bucerias. Suggest Bucerias for restaurants, lots of great choices there and the best street tacos. Staff at Villa Estancia were great and helpful. Even when walking alone, early mornings and late nights in Bucerias, never felt a safety issue.

Wonderful stay

The view from this property is beyond compare. Coffee on the deck every morning was such a treat! Pictures represent the property correctly. Very spacious for 2 adults and 3 adult children. Bring your own cooking oil and seasonings if you plan to cook. BBQ was out of propane and the property was really quick about replacing it. Would definitely recommend without hesitation; we had such a good time. We stayed at the same resort in Cabo and they really are premier resorts. The staff is so accommodating, friendly and helpful.

Paradise as pictured!

Condo was as beautiful as in the pictures. Beach view from the balcony was so breathtaking. We felt very safe at the resort and in exploring surrounding areas. Staff were all excellent in the restaurants, pool area and beach. Dinner at La Casona, restaurant in the lobby was fantastic! Unlike in the US, it was an experience and not a rushed meal. We ordered first for the kids so they could go back up to the room and relax and watch tv. With just the adults, we had a leisurely dinner that lasted 3.5 hours. We never felt rushed to leave and the wait staff were wonderful. We took advantage of some activities at Flamingos next door, but preferred the quieter atmosphere at La Estancia. We hope to be back and couldn’t imagine a better condo to stay in!!

Stunning location - perfect spot for two couples

We had the most perfect 4 night getaway and first international trip with our baby. This condo was ideal for our two couples and two babies - the separate en suite bedrooms and joint living area with kitchen made life so easy. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were spectacular! We ended up at the resort in the off-season (Sep) which was great for a low key getaway with babies. We had the pool and staff almost all to ourselves most days and the staff was soo friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the food options were a little limited some nights due to lower staffing, which really only affected our take-out options, many places were buffet-only on some nights. Overall the food was good, some restaurants better than others, drinks and service at the swim up bar were great. Communication with our host was super easy, and the whole process was seamless- highly recommend! We’d love to come back this time next year again!

Fantastic setup and layout

The two separate bedrooms with the bathrooms were amazing. The balcony was to die for. Lots of space and fun for afternoon happy hour and card games. The mosquitoes by the pool and I’m the beach were awful, so it was nice to have somewhere to relax outside until later in the morning was perfect. We really didn’t use the kitchen much, but it was nice to have the option to cook a light breakfast sometimes. My only complaint is that the beds and pillows smelled a little. Definitely check out tacos at the sister resort and do the luxury sailing. Hopefully fajita republic comes back to the area. We took the hour taxi ride to the other one and it was so delicious but it deserted us for going more than once. We’ve never dine a VRBO before and I’d recommend his property. We come to this area frequently and always feel safe and find great restaurants.

Wonderful Visit

The villa is located in the center of the property, allowing for spectacular views. It was very well maintained, clean, and had everything we needed. The location was amazing, and the overall property was well-designed with a professional staff. It was one of the most relaxing trips we have experienced, and we look forward to returning.
