Notre Villa 2502 est un condo au 5ème étage centré au-dessus du bâtiment du hall avec une vue directe sur l'océan dégagée de chaque pièce. Vous ne regardez pas dans une autre villa et ils ne voient pas la nôtre.


MISE À JOUR mars 2015 - Nous avons mis en place NETFLIX pour les invités dans le salon. Ce sera la liste du Mexique, mais la plupart des programmes sont disponibles.

MISE À JOUR Sept 2014 - Nous avons installé une porte intérieure du salon à la 2e chambre - TRÈS IMPORTANT si vous avez de jeunes enfants ayant besoin de la deuxième chambre pour dormir. La construction d'origine était une configuration de verrouillage, ce qui signifie que vous deviez utiliser le balcon pour vous déplacer. Nous sommes l'un des rares condos de 2 chambres à Villa La Estancia avec cette fonctionnalité mise à jour.

CE N'EST PAS UNE GRANDE SUITE D'HÔTEL. Vous vous offrez à notre villa 5 étoiles de 2 100 pc avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salon, salle à manger, buanderie en suite, immense balcon, grande chambre principale et grande deuxième chambre avec 2 lits queen et salle de bain complète. Un mobilier et une intimité de qualité supérieure garantissent un moment de détente. Vue imprenable sur la plage et les jardins depuis le balcon. Intérieur très lumineux et aéré inondé de soleil.

Un prix Travellers Choice Award 2011, 2012, 2013 pour les 10 meilleurs hôtels de luxe des Caraïbes et du Mexique a été décerné à la Villa La Estancia Nuevo Vallarta.

The condo was clean and very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked. The decor was very pretty and the ocean view was beautiful. George was quick to respond to any questions we had before and during our trip. We loved VLE and the people who helped us there. It is a quiet, elegant resort. My family and I enjoyed our spacious suite with beautiful views of the resort grounds and beach. The place was clean and the host was kind enough to allow us to check in early after a long flight in from the UK. Access to the amenities was a plus, the gym and restaurant in the lobby were lovely. I would recommend this home and would book again if visiting Nayarit again.

George is a terrific host. He responds quickly and is so very helpful. George’s place is in the center of the complex and looks straight out to the ocean. Superb spot for watching the spectacular sunsets. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked and the place is quite clean. We come back every year and stay at George’s place. Villa La Estancia is a beautiful resort with attentive staff and very clean. The attendants at the pool and beach are quick to set up a chair and an umbrella.

This is a very comfortable unit with great views to the ocean and pool. It is spotless and George is a wonderful host who stays on top of everything you may need. We had a problem with the microwave not working and he told us to go buy a new one which he would reimburse us for. Very generous indeed and shows his concern for your welfare while on vacation staying in his unit. He always has a fresh flower arrangement to greet you upon arrival. The staff at Villa La Estancia is superb and will do whatever they can to make your trip memorable. There are also many great restaurants in the nearby town of Bucerias as well as an all inclusive plan here if you just want to stay put. If you are looking for a relaxing fun vacation, choose Unit 2502a at Villa La Estancia. You won’t be disappointed.

My apologies for the problem with microwave. Handling it from 2,000 miles away can be a challenge. While the warranty question was being reviewed, I did not want you to do without. Wonderful stay

This was our 3rd year at La Estancia and first time staying in George's place. It was wonderful. The unit was very clean and we really appreciated the door between the living room and 2nd bedroom, which is unique to this unit. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay

Villa la Estancia is the ultimate luxurious destination with staff that truly seem to love their jobs. There is always someone ready to set up a chair at the pool or call a taxi when needed. The rooms are much larger than any other hotel or rental, I had many questions and George, the owner, was easily available by text and phone and he made a point of reaching out to me with recommendations and to make sure I knew everything I needed before my trip.

Great stay!

We've stayed in this unit twice now and it's great! This spcific unit is one of the few floorplans that works well for families with young children because the 2nd bedroom is not separated from the main unit. Always top notch service with a smile.One thing that was different this stay was that the hotel seemed to really be pushing weddings. There were 2 weddings the weekend we were there and it was quite loud and very difficult to get a space at the pool. At times when weddings arent happening it very peaceful and relaxing. Great location!

Amazing Experience

This property is amazing, the perfect size of resort with all the amenities one would want and everything easily accessible by walking. Such a relaxing atmosphere by the pools, and the food at the restaurants was great. George, was able to share some great knowledge of the area to help us as we planned the trip to celebrate a milestone birthday. Either the hotel or George arranged a couple nice extra birthday arrangements for our arrival which showed an extra level of hospitality! Definitely recommend this property and host!

Summer Beach Getaway

Everyone at the resort worked together so well. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean, the beach was organized and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The bell boys, parking services, check in and out were all very efficient. Food and drinks at the restaurants all very good. In 10 days, absolutely no complaints.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved this place; it was hands down one of our favorite vacations ever! Great location and George was wonderful to communicate with. The pictures are 100% accurate. The resort staff was also excellent and friendly. Our kids (ages range from 10-15) loved playing in the waves and boogie boarding for hours. The resort property is very well cared for and we always felt safe. We hope to book this same unit again, it truly doesn’t get any better than this! Thank you George!

Excellent place to stay!

Our stay at Georges property was amazing. It was easy to book and George treated us with vip service. His property is not only in the center but the view from his level overlooks the pool and the waves crashing in the sand from the beach. I’ve stayed at other properties here and Georges unit is by far the best! Also, his response time is amazing! Any questions I had, George tried to get back to me right away. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back!!

Beautiful

We have stayed at Villa la Estancia for many years and this was our first experience with VRBO and we could not have had a better experience. The unit is beautiful and love the large balcony. We brought my husband's mom with us and the door between the 2 units makes it very convenient. We will definitely contact Mr Miller again when we are planning our next trip to Puerto Vallarta.
