Nos options de condos au 6ème étage (unités 1603 ou 1604) offrent une vue imprenable sur le coucher de soleil Hier soir 80% des logements à louer sont orientés vers le sud ou sont suffisamment bas pour que les palmiers bloquent la vue. Admirez ces magnifiques couchers de soleil depuis la grande terrasse dotée d'un coin repas pour six et de deux transats rembourrés.

Notre magnifique condo de luxe offre des commodités de classe mondiale ainsi que l'intimité exclusive de la station balnéaire de La Estancia. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size et la salle de bain principale comprend une douche à l'italienne et un bain à remous. Vous vous réveillez avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan Pacifique depuis votre lit!

La 2ème chambre dispose de deux lits queen avec sa propre salle de bain, et le salon a un canapé-lit queen-size et un coin repas. La cuisine est spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace.

This was our 4th year visiting Villa La Estancia and our 1st time in this unit. We loved the unit and we love the resort. The unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. View was amazing and we loved watching sunsets from the balcony.

Resort was great and our beautiful condo worked perfectly for our family of 5. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed having coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watching the beautiful sunset in the evenings. The owners of the condo were very helpful in answering my questions before we traveled and also giving me suggestions for things to do and places to eat on and off the property. We enjoyed the resort and also had a great time venturing off the resort to eat at excellent restaurants and explore the area. Everyone at the resort was very nice and accommodating. We will most definitely be back to visit again in the future. Highly recommend this unit if you are coming to this beautiful resort.

Great stay!

Wonderful condo! The view from this condo is just amazing. Very spacious and clean. The Estancia property is on a lovely swimmable beach and the resort pool is as pretty a pool as I have ever seen. Every employee was friendly and went above and beyond. The pool guys were so attentive! Would definitely return to this spot! And renting this property will save money and guarantee one of the best views on property.

Amazing Stay – Perfect for Families!

We recently stayed in this beautiful 2-bedroom condo with our family and another, and it was truly a dream vacation. The space was perfect for two families—comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out so we never felt cramped. The view from the condo was absolutely stunning; every morning felt like waking up in paradise.One of the standout features was the hospitality—every single staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive. Their service easily exceeded 5 stars. We also loved having access to the amenities at Villa La Flamingo. From relaxing poolside to indulging in the divine spa treatments, everything felt luxurious and well cared for.The kids club was a game-changer! Our children had the best time and wanted to go back every day. It gave the adults a bit of a breather to enjoy the resort and unwind.Caroline and Vince were amazing hosts—so responsive, friendly, and easy to work with. Their attention to detail and communication made our stay seamless and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts or a better vacation spot. Highly recommend!

La Estancia is always our choice

La Estancia is always our choice when traveling to Nayarit, Puerto Vallarta area. The Villa was exactly as described, with updated photos. The owners were so kind and thoughtful working with us on some unknown travel dates. Thank you! We even had the perk of some beers left in fridge to enjoy. Thank you!!

Beautiful resort and fantastic villa

This was our first time in the area and it was fantastic. The resort is spotlessly clean. This particular VRBO unit is beautiful and it was spotlessly clean. We had two couples and 3 children stay for 6 nights. It was roomy and comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful if you have a question or concern. I would highly recommend this unit

Excellent Stay at Villa La Estancia

This was our second stay in Vince and Carolyn's beautiful Condo. Can't say enough about how wonderful it was. Our family of 7 had plenty of room. Extremely comfortable and well-appointed condo. Although we had a little bit of rain in the evenings we still loved the balcony and viewing the amazing sunsets! We will definitely return!

Excellent Stay

We had an excellent vacation at Villa la Estancia. This conda was beautiful. We were on the 6th floor and had a fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets. The accommodations were perfect. The beds were so comfortable and it was great having cleaning services every other day. We took advantage of room service a few times and the food was good. I highly recommend this condo. The owners were quick to respond to any questions I had and everything went smoothly.

Amazing views

We loved this unit. Spotless, great kitchen, amazing views from the balcony and wonderful resort. The staff were all kind and helpful. We always felt safe and secure. Particularly impressed w/ the servers at the pool. Shout out to Daniel and Angel but they were all great. The only thing that needed a bit of improvement was if the ceiling fans on the balcony worked. When the breeze died down it could get a little hot and buggy. We will for sure be back!

We were very happy with our stay. The condo is just as advertised, well furnished, and best view in the resort. Our stay was very fun, comfortable and exceeded our expectations for service. The host was great to work with and the staff on site went above and beyond for all requests. The restaurants on site were amazing as well, very impressed with the food. Highly recommend and will be visiting again in the future!

Beautiful unit, just as described. Awesome sunset views from balcony. Furnishings are lovely. Resort is great. Pool and frolicking in the warm, gorgeous ocean only steps away. I’ve stayed at many Villa Group resorts and so far they provide consistent quality. Favorite food is at poolside/La Parilla and La Casona—I recommend avoiding room service. Hosts were great at pretrip communication.

Amazing Villa!

We've stayed in at least 12 different villas at VLE over the years and this one was the best. Close to the beach on the 6th floor of the best building, this villa had amazing views above the palm trees for beautiful, unobstructed sunset views. We opened the balcony doors at night to hear the waves. Everything was perfect- beds, furniture, applicances, decor, etc... Vince the owner was super helpful and easy to communicate with. Don't hesitate one minute to stay here!

We had a great time staying in this wonderful condo at Villa La Estancia Nayarit. It was beautiful, well-appointed, perfect location and spectacular views! Sunsets were amazing to enjoy on the spacious balcony. The resort is so impressive with such friendly professional staff. We can’t wait to come back!
