The Space:
This beautiful home has been completely updated . The kitchen features beautiful granite counter-tops and stainless-streel appliances and is fully furnished with every conceivable cooking gadget there is, allowing you to enjoy anything from a quiet lunch together to preparing a feast for your family!

The fully fenced private backyard has a screen lanai and heated pool (Heated From November 15 to April 15th), surrounded by beautiful landscaping. For the cook in the group there is a gas grill available for the evenings you want to eat in.

Noise/Good Neighbor Policy:
This is a private residence in a residential neighborhood. Quite times are 9pm to 8am and we always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held at this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit.

Age Limit:
We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 26 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 26 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more than welcome to stay with us.

Registered Guests:
ONLY the registered guests are allowed to stay at the property!
Unless discussed and agreed with us otherwise, this includes inviting groups over during the day/night beyond the number of persons you have booked for.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am.

Guest Access:
The whole house.

The Neighborhood:
This is a quite residential neighborhood close to many shops, restaurants, bars and the beautiful white sand beach of Siesta Key.

Getting Around:
A car is recommended
