Newport 1 - Impressive 4 Bdrm Lakefront Condo

This is an impressive 4 bedroom 4 bath two level condo with awesome lake views throughout. Both levels have a fireplace and a nice screened in porch with a walkout to the docks and seasonal swimming pool on the lower level. The main entry level is appointed with one of the primary lakeview suites with a king bed and private bathroom, the fully stocked kitchen, dining area, living room, and 2 more bedrooms each with queen beds. The lower level offers the other king bedded lakeview primary suite with private bath, another living room, billiards table adjoined by a wet bar with a second refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Each primary suite has a large flatscreen cable TV as well as each living room and WiFi is available throughout. As you can see this is the perfect condo for larger groups offering plenty of space to spread out. The Newport Condo Complex is located in the city limits of Lake Ozark and is very close to the historic Bagnell Dam Strip area, just minutes to Baxter’s and JB Hooks Restaurants, favorite golf courses, boat rentals, and many other lake area attractions. There is also a 12' X 30" boat slip available for an additional charge. Come enjoy everything Lake of the Ozarks has to offer! Car Show Weekend Housing

We stayed here for the car show. The location was perfect, just off of the strip, and accommodated our group wonderfully. Communication with Dana was great!

Spacious and nice

The property was clean and had updated furnishings. The beds are very comfortable. Check in and out was easy. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a long weekend with our adult children and grandchildren. Beautiful condo with plenty of room. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Great condo!!

Love the space everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom!! 2 refrigerators, 2 kitchen areas and a fun pool table! We were able to walk out of condo and go fishing or to pool just wonderful.

Beautiful Condo

Everything about the condo was wonderful. The only issue was the listing says it is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath. I assumed each bedroom had an en-suite but that wasn’t the case. One was on the lower level so an upstairs bedroom has to shower downstairs and the other across the hall. Small blip but would have been nice to know when booking.

Our condo was amazing! Very comfortable, clean, easy accessible and a great environment. Neighbors were very friendly and we truly had a wonderful experience! Thanks again for opening up your condo to us and making this a great stay! We even received a call prior to the trip answering any questions and assuring that we had all we would need and provided us with a email going over all the details of the property.

The place was very pretty and comfortable with room for all 8 of us. The first floor is actually 2 floors down which was ok for us. The condo was within 1 mile to the downtown area. Very nice.

Great stay and awesome apartment! The only issue we had was parking. It was not expressed to me or in any of the rental documentation that only two cars could be parked at the condo. The upper parking lot was also empty most of the time we were there. It would be nice to know prior to signing the agreement that it was not accurate.

The condo was nicely equipped, clean, well-maintained and there aren't any "awkward" bathrooms or bedrooms (clearly "add-ons") like many of the other houses we've stayed in at LOTO. Everyone had access to a nice bedroom & bathroom, which made the stay super comfortable! Perfect for our family of 10! Definitely the most thorough and communicative experience we've ever had reserving a vacation spot at the LOTO! The phone call a few days prior to check-in was the icing on the cake - excellent service!

Loved our condo and the pool was so much fun! Great location especially if you like going to the strip. John and Jennifer were awesome to work with. We loved the condo and how close it was to the pool. And the elevators were a must for all of our luggage! Always very friendly and helpful. They always returned calls and emails very quickly as well. So easy to contact real people (John and Jennifer) with questions and concerns!

Very nice place We didn’t feel crapped all had our own beds and bathrooms. Would like to have had Kleenex and more bath and dishwater soap. Furniture was comfortable

Great family vacation spot

Condo was clean and well stocked! Pool table was great because it rained some of the time. Unit is on lower level so two stories down from parking lot (there is an elevator). The lower level of the condo walks right out to the sidewalk to boat dock and pool! That was wonderful.

Multi-Generational Bliss at the Lake

This two-level condo was PERFECT for letting us stay with our three households-worth of adult children, including an 11-week-old infant. We had enough space and separation of areas that it was good for both group interactions as well as alone time. The screened-in porches kept the bugs away while we enjoyed gorgeous sunsets and entertaining boat traffic. We ate all of our meals on the porch! You don't see the grill in the photos because it is outside the front door on covered pavement. Be aware that the condo complex restricts parking to one vehicle in the lower (closer) lot and one in the upper lot. However, the property management, quite nearby, has a great solution if this cramps your style. Jennifer claimed to be a new employee of the property manager - only two weeks - but her impeccable customer service, friendliness and responsiveness would make you question that. When we couldn't figure out the ceiling fan or how to light the grill, John (property manager) came over in a matter of minutes. This unit has plenty of storage and hooks, making it easy to stash all of the stuff you bring to such a location. The beds are on the softer side, so look forward to that if that is your preference! There is also a rollaway bed (which we did not need). Some of the beautiful artwork appears to have been painted by the owner. Check out the seabird in the master bath upstairs! The pool table gave the young adults hours of diversion, and there is a kitchenette right next to it (microwave, sink, full-sized 'fridge), making it immediately Party Central! The unit is quite well insulated, too, so you didn't hear much from other rooms. You will hear the amount of lake noise as you might expect. The complex's cozy pool is just steps away from this unit, and overlooks the lake and some docks. I hope you will have as much fun as we did when you book your vacation here!

Perfect weekend at the Lake

This place was great for our group of friends! Big open rooms, lots of TVs, pool table, bar, and more than enough bathrooms and showers for us. Very close to the shops near the dam. We ended up renting a boat from the shop right next door. Management was very helpful and kept the place very clean. I'm sure we'll be back again!
