Located in the historic carriage house is the Loft—a fully equipped apartment with historic architectural features. The Loft features 2 full bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with a double bed, and a shared full bathroom. The living room is incredibly spacious with a pull-out sofa bed. The dining room comfortably seats six people, and there is a desk for work. The kitchen is well stocked with a full-size stove, oven, and refrigerator. A full array of cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as table settings, is available. A traditional drip coffee maker with coffee and condiments is included. High-speed internet and a Smart TV are included. There is one on-site parking space, with nearby street parking for additional vehicles. The Loft is located just two blocks off the main street in Historic Kennett Square. A leisurely stroll will take you to locally owned restaurants, boutique shops, craft breweries, and more. Located just 35 minutes from Philadelphia airport, we are close to Wilmington and Newark DE, and Lancaster, PA. Our local must-see attractions include Longwood Gardens, Brandywine River Museum, Winterthur, and the Brandywine Battlefield. Downtown West Chester, with its vibrant food scene, is less than thirty minutes away. The Loft is located on the 2nd floor of the Carriage House and requires stair access. Combo washer/dryer is availble in the Loft.

We are located just 1 block off of the main street in Historic Kennett Square. It's an easy walk into our small town to enjoy shops, restaurants, art galleries, and history.
