Welcome to Gracey Manor, a luxurious vacation villa just minutes from Disney’s Doorstep. This tastefully decorated home sleeps 12 and features a private pool, spa (heat included), lanai, home theater and game room. A queen bedroom is on the main floor with a full bath. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms: Master King Bedroom with full en suite, second King bedroom with private bath, 2 Twin bedroom, Double Bunk Bedroom and another full bathroom. Netflix and Disney+ and Gas Grill, and pool heat are also included during your stay.

Family Friendly with Baby & Toddler Gear: Crib, Pack'n Play, High Chair, Strollers, Baby Gates, Baby Monitor, Child Plates & Cups, Outlet Plugs, High Door Locks, Pool Alarm & Safety Fence, Ride Height Chart & More.

Pool heat runs from approximately 9 am to 9 pm and is run at 88°. Ambient temperatures will affect temp of the pool.

Great place to stay! Kids had a blast in the play room and in the theatre room! House is very nice and kept up well. Wonderful place for large groups or extended families. I’m sure we will be back :)

This house was amazing! We had 4 kids- ages 4,5,7 and 7! They would have been content staying at the house the entire stay! The theater and game room were a hit! All of the disney themed rooms were a great touch! The location was perfect. But most of all, the host(Allison) was wonderful! She communicated really well and quickly! Something was wrong with the pool heater and without hesitation, she had someone come fix it quickly and we still had a time with the heated pool! She even sent us some goodies to the house for the inconvenience which wasnt her fault to begin with... outstanding! We definitely plan to stay at this house again! You won't regret picking this house for your stay!

I’ve stayed in many short-term rentals, this one tops the list. It has every little thing we needed and over the top with cleanliness, response time, location and heated pool! We will certainly be back!

Great location for our vacation!

My family and I loved our stay at your beautiful house!! Close to Disney (15 minutes with traffic), made getting to the parks easy! The pool and hot tub were nice after our park days and for our rest days! The rooms are comfortable, plenty of space, loved all of the Disney touches! We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation Home for Families

We had such a great stay at this vacation rental! The check in and out process was easy-just a quick stop at the gate for a gate pass and a door code on the house. The house had everything we needed and more. The theater room was awesome for movie nights, and the kids loved the pool. We really appreciated the starter supplies and the fully equipped kitchen—it made things super easy.The themed rooms were adorable, and the game room kept everyone entertained. Plus, the location was super convenient, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby, and just a short drive to Disney. Overall, it was the perfect spot for our trip, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Our family greatly enjoyed this house for our Disney vacation. The location of the house was very close to the parks and shopping. We loved the themes of the rooms, game room and especially the theater room. The staff was available for any need that we had and were very responsive. They supplied all that we needed and more making it a very enjoyable experience. We would definitely stay in this house again!

This house is fantastic. The owners have done a great job anticipating needs. My kids loved everything about the house, especially the pool and spa. The house is in a gated community and the common areas are kept well. You will not regret renting this house!!

AMAZING! Prompt communication, comfortable beds and furniture, clean, warm pool, awesome theater.

Prompt communication from the owners, often replying within minutes of a question. Washer broke on day one, but the owners had it replaced within a few days. The furniture and beds were very comfortable compared to other VRBOs and house was clean. The pool was heated from the moment we arrived- great sun on the pool deck in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The theater was awesome and had comfortable chairs. The water park at the community area was great too- nice water slides and a little market with ice cream. There were two playgrounds within walking distance, and a "selfie spot" with a nice sunset view just across the street from our front yard! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!!

Highly recommended! Great house! 5 🌟

This was a great place to stay. Great view, amazing house. Lots of room. There was coffee there so that was fantastic not having to buy it. They have both perk and kcup machines. There are no condiments so please remember to pack some sugar;) one thing I’ll mention is definitely not enough face clothes and towels. We did buy some and leave them there so there should be some more face clothes. Great communication with the owner. The one thing we did not enjoy is having cameras on us while enjoying the pool. Everything else was perfect.

HI Amanda, I'm so glad you enjoyed your stay. I just wanted to address that there are extra towels throughout the house in the closet areas and laundry room as well. But thank you for the extra towels! Also the video camera on the back is for us to check on our pool cleaner and pool equipment. No one is actively watching the camera unless an issue arises. Ups and downs but very stressful trip.

The overall of the actual house was ok. The bunkbeds and twin beds might be ok for young children but we're all rock hard. The pool alarm was very annoying. It sometimes didn't work unless you pressed it a couple of times. Ac was locked at 72° and the upstairs would not cool down. Our main problem was this house is in a gated community with very strict rules. When I first started conversing with the owner I told her we had a group of 20 in for an event and we had a different vrbo for the other people. I said they would be coming over during the days. I was never told anything about the restrictions from the community. 2 weeks before our stay she said she needed the names of the drivers to the cars that would be on the property. I gave her the 5 names of people that would have cars and coming to the property. We get to the house and see how struct security is at the gate. So come to find out You are only allowed to have 3 cars parked in the driveway and that's with 1 parked parallel! You're not allowed to have any guests over unless they park down the street and either walk or be picked up. I had to message non stop with the owner just to get the people that were registered into the gate. It was so stressful to have to keep doing this. I told her I was very upset that this was not disclosed to me from the beginning when I told her we had a large number and people coming from a different location. This put so much un needed stress that could have been avoided if I was told this. My last conversation with her Saturday night I told her this would be included in my review and the reviews online that we all are posting and she said if I did it would be on her review for me as well. So basically if you only have 2 or 3 cars and only have children staying on all the small beds you might like it. As a house that accommodates so many people I think this is ridiculous.

I understand that you may have been frustrated by not being able to have a party of 25+ people at the home. (This was not communicated to me at any point as I would have recommended you find a home that better fits your needs for a larger party). Please be sure you read the rental agreement which includes the house and community rules. It clearly states that parties are not allowed, the number of cars and registered guests allowed, and the parking rules are all included and can be viewed prior to booking. Although the community rules only allow 3 cars registered per home we went above and beyond and allowed you to have 5 cars registered (these were the names given to me). The Air Conditioning is adjustable during a guest’s stay. Any issues with the AC or pool alarm were not communicated to the owner or the property manager. I would have had our PM address that immediately for you if we had known. Please note that day and overnight guests are absolutely allowed if communicated to the owner properly. Even after multiple attempts, via message and phone, you did not provide me with any other names of the guests you wanted to join you at the home. We have a secure community and it's a simple process for me to register known guests. A guest just needs to be on the list and show an ID and they are allowed to enter. I hope for future stays you communicate these needs to the owner ahead of booking and review the rental agreement which addresses all of these issues.

We had an incredible stay at this property! The home was clean and beautifully decorated. The space was very welcoming and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing trip.The pool was definitely one of our favorite features—clean, relaxing, and perfect for both daytime fun and unwinding in the evening. The theater room really took the experience to the next level! It felt like having our own private movie theater and was a huge hit with everyone.The location was perfect, close to everything while still being quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made sure our stay went smoothly from start to finish.We especially loved the attention to detail throughout the home, which really made it feel like a home away from home. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or a longer stay, this is definitely a place I would recommend.We would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful Home

My large blended family stayed here in April and it was perfect for us. The home is beautiful and clean. Plenty of room to hang out together or go off by yourself for some quiet time. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney. We also enjoyed watching movies in the theater room during our break from the parks.

Excellent house

This was our third time staying in Windsor Hills but our first at this house. It was exactly as described, which is a relief. I’ve got a serious dust allergy so I was grateful that the house was impeccably clean. The bed was even wrapped in a dust cover which is the first VRBO property I’ve ever seen like that - thank you!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay (the kids loved the pool) and will definitely consider returning to Gracey Manor next time we come to WDW!
