Mammoth Ski & Racquet Club #127

This beautiful and bright 1 bedroom 2 bath condo is perfect for a couple or a small family. Enjoy newly painted walls, new flooring and carpet throughout. New upgraded kitchen appliances and fully stocked with all kitchen ware to cook your meals.

Maximum Occupancy: This condo is limited to four guests.

Bed Arrangement: The master bedroom has a new queen bed with a new mattress with a private bath and it's own flat screen smart TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa and a set of new twin bunks also with new mattresses in an alcove off the living room.

Unit Amenities: The full sized kitchen is complete with updated stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, blender, dishware, and cooking materials! For those cold winter nights, get cozy next to the new propane fireplace! There is a smart flat screen TV.

On Site Amenities: Coin operated washing machine and dryers are located in each unit building. MSRC provides a heated pool during the summer and indoor jacuzzi all year. Located in the pool area are BBQ grills. There is also a recreation/game room complete with a pool table, soda machine, and TV!

Views: This is an end unit with a small window that is on the end of the unit that faces the mountains.

You can walk or take a short drive to Canyon Lodge (approx. ½ a mile) or catch a free shuttle to Mammoth Village (approx. 1 mile) just down the street.

Towels and linens are supplied but extra towels for the pool/jacuzzi are not supplied. There is 1 blanket per bed, please bring extra blankets if you tend to get cold.
Internet is provided as a complimentary service and is not guaranteed. No discounts/refunds will be given for connectivity problems/failure.

Parking: 1 vehicle guaranteed. For 2nd vehicle, it is a first come first serve basis; please check in with office first.

On site management is accessible 24/7 and snow removal is performed as the snow falls for uninhibited access.

Great Place and Location

Perfect place for my family and I. Was nice that we could sled and also ski to the village from the condo. All amenities were at the property and it was very clean and bright! Would definitely stay there again!!!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was good. But the spiderwebs outside on the patio really need to be addressed. They were all over the ceiling above and the walls. Not very inviting. Never went outside to enjoy.

Mammoth condo

We had a very nice stay. The condo is well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We arrived after the office had closed, but it was no problem getting our packet from the lockbox. We would stay in this unit again.

Clean & cozy and in a great location

My beau and I stayed at this property for a 3-day weekend in July. We loved the space. It was spacious and clean and recently updated. I saw other reviews commenting on smelling "chemicals" but we did not have that experience. The bed was comfortable though we thought they could easily fit a king-sized bed in the main bedroom and make it even more comfortable. My only letdown was the pillows. They were like bags of sand, really hard and made it difficult to sleep. If you're able to travel with your own pillows, I highly recommend bringing them. Also, it was mostly quiet though we could hear whenever anyone was in the hallway. We'll definitely stay here again.

Summertime 2021

First the positives. Place is super clean, spacious and it seems most of the furniture and appliances were new. Overall a good value for this. Now the negatives. The first night coming into the place the offgassing of either the carpet rug or furniture was really strong. The check in process was a little difficult because I never received the check in procedures which they said they sent me. I had to contact 2 people and one didn’t respond the second time I asked. Then checking in since we were after hours the key and information was supposed to be in a locked box which it wasn’t. The actual lock did not work. And returning the key on departure they is supposed to be a locked box for loose keys that box would not locked. The biggest complaint was the fact that you can hear every little thing the above unit was doing and they were very noisy. There were at least a family of 5 and they were up very early and very late. I never write reviews but I feel compelled to because of the chemical sensitivity and loud neighbors.

Guest was contacted before arriving and verbally told the check in instructions due to the incorrect email given to us. Not sure what chemical smell there was maybe the new paint? Since it is a fully remodeled and beautiful condo.

Cute and cozy

Very clean and comfortable condo. Nicely remodeled. Perfect location next to Canyon lodge. When there is good snow you can ski right down to the condo. Great amenities (lots of silverware and dishes, etc,). Covered parking. No complaints at all with the unit.

Clean place that got the job done

Very clean, clearly a new remodel, and warm. The beds made it difficult to get a great night sleep but hey it’s a rental. My only disappointment was the inaccuracy in the listing, stating there was a jacuzzi on site with the listed hours. It wasn’t until we got here that we discovered it was closed due to COVID. Understandable, but a large reason why we booked this place was for that amenity. We called around and other complexes had spas open. Also note this unit is on the third floor. It didn’t matter to us but elders or those with disabilities should be warned, which I also did not see on the listing.
