Our beach house is centrally located on the island. Once you pull in, you can park for the week and enjoy all the benefits that Ocean City has to offer without driving anywhere! We are a block and a half walk from the beach, boardwalk, and shops on Asbury Avenue.
Our newly remodeled single family home is perfect for multiple families or large families. The ground floor family/game room has a sofa, sleep sofa, game table, Arcade game with 40 classic games, foosball, 65" TV and a full refrigerator. Sliders will lead you to the back patio with a fenced in yard for the kids to play in, dining area, gas grill and two outdoor showers. On the main floor there is a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining room with seating for at least 10, plus an island that will allow for six additional seats. There is a laundry room and powder room off the kitchen.
On the second floor there are four bedrooms; two bedrooms with queen beds and balconies, one family bedroom that has a queen bed and a trundle bed and a master king bedroom with a private bath and balcony. There is a hall bathroom with tub.
The third floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom with a queen and single bed and the second bedroom has two double beds, a trundle and a view of the beautiful ocean! There is a large full shower one the top floor with a bench seat. Because it is a single family home, it allows a large family to spread out and relax, whether on the front porch, back patio, or large game/rec room.
For your convenience we supply 10 beach chairs and 10 beach tags. The garage is available for one compact car inside, one large vehicle behind the garage and there is free street parking.(non-metered)
There are plenty of activities in the town for you to enjoy, including miniature golf, a waterpark on the boardwalk, weekly farmer's market, or you can just enjoy a good book on the front porch swing.
