Beautiful 3 BR, 2 BA renovated beach house in Crescent Beach, NMB, Sleeps 8. Located in a quiet setting only 3 blocks to the ocean (5-10 min walk). Our 1600 sq. ft. home is ideal for responsible couples and families who want room to spread out while being close to the beach and everything else North Myrtle Beach has to offer. You will find a bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, large updated kitchen, master bedroom on main floor, 100% Cotton linens, fast WIFI, 2 Smart TV’s, private outdoor space with pergola, outdoor shower, charcoal grill and free beach gear to use during your stay. This location just can't be beat! You are within walking distance or a short golf cart ride to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores & entertainment. Just 2 miles to Main St., 2.5 miles to Barefoot Landing & 5 miles to Tanger Outlets.
The main floor has the living room with large flat screen Smart TV, kitchen, dining and Master bedroom with a thick queen size memory foam mattress and access to the bathroom & full size washer and dryer.
Upstairs are two bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom. First bedroom has a queen size memory foam mattress with walk-in closet and workspace. The second bedroom is large with 2 twin beds and 1 full size bed plus a new Smart TV and is an ideal setup for kids.
Outside has a private fenced-in patio w/ a large pergola, comfortable furniture and a charcoal grill. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. There are 2 parking spaces next to the house (any additional vehicles must park on the road).
We provide beach gear for your stay- umbrellas, beach chairs, beach toys, coolers and a beach cart. Please bring your own beach towels.
Walk, ride a bike or rent a golf cart to get around town (we recommend using "Salty Frye's" for golf cart rentals).

We have both traveled quite a bit (I backpacked around the world and Stacey in the Navy) so we know how important it is to find a good place to stay when away from home.
We absolutely love the North Myrtle Beach area and have enjoyed creating 2 amazing vacation rentals that are stylish, clean and comfortable. Not to mention, super close to the beach! We hope our guests feel "at home” the moment they walk in and want to keep coming back year after year.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love the open, airy feel of this home. The vaulted ceilings and all the windows make it so bright, has a huge kitchen and a private outdoor patio with a pergola and daybed. It's also in such a great location and close to everything!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Only 3 blocks from the ocean and an easy 5-10 min. walk to 2 very nice beach accesses (17th Ave S & 21st Ave S). Close to a public pool (Castaway) and beach bar and grill, restaurants, shops and grocery stores.
