I liked the view and the hotel only that the tv wont work and the rooms where a little dirty. But we has fun and enjoyed.

Nice location, could use updates and repairs

We had an overall great stay. The cleanliness wasn't the best as there were piles of sand in the bathroom and a dirty oven. Black electrical tape held the microwave handle on and the toaster did not work. Pictures need updated. Overall though the stay was pleasant.

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CONDO!!!!!!

I have been coming to PCB for years with my family. This was BY FAR the worst condo we have ever stayed as far as cleanliness and complete disrepair. When I tell you the condo was absolute disgusting, I don’t think even that can describe the utter filth that we encountered.

Condo review

I enjoyed my stay in the Panama Beach condo. Getting wrist bands and the parking pass was easy even though we arrived late. There were a few concerns, but it was easy to communicate those concerns to the host. Hopefully, some of them will be taken care of before someone else stays in the condo. There definitely were some problems with parking, but we had a large vehicle.

Pretty beat up property

Would not stay at this property again. Very beat up- not super clean- bugs in the light fixtures, oven was dirty-dirty fingerprints on doors-holes in walls and doors- some patched with duct tape. Refrigerator ran constantly and made loud banging noises. Upon check in bed spreads were stained with blood and other unidentifiable stains. Towels were left in the dryer for us to fold and put out. Owner was responsive to our complaints and did offer to send cleaners back and did replace all comforters with new the second day of our stay. Dryer was rusted inside and lint screen was broken in two and sitting on top of the dryer. No towels for washing dishes, no dish washer soap and one quarter of a roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms upon check in. Just not what we thought we were getting. We made to best of it.

Did not have good experience

There was mold everywhere little tiny coffee pot just a couple of pots and pan to cook with broken furniture we got locked out of are room for 3 hours because my 5 yr old supposed broke it by putting the number in it but when he called the locksmith he said the battery was dead so he had to put a new lock on door which was 800 to and said that there was no way a 5 yr old broke it it was 11 yr lock and it was going to lock us out by the end of the week anyway because it was old and he wants me to pay for it so i would not stay here again

Filthy!!

Never again! Sheets hadn’t been washed. Sand all over everything. Dirty water standing in sink , which was broken. Few towels and washcloths. Dirty appliances. Couch is NOT a pull out bed! Furniture is old and falling apart. Mattress is so wore out it is smashed in on one side. Resort does not care and won’t help you! Owner knows all this but plays dumb. Parking garage is a nightmare!

For the price very disappointed

I don’t know where to star I talking only for unit 2016 is very old the mattresses are the worst i ever slept my back is killing me , kitchen utensils are the worst I ever seen I have to go to Walmart and buy my own and just letting you know the building is very big is very nosy at night time , every time I have to go to city I have to spend at least one hour for parking and extra hour for elevator I paid 3.500 for 7 nights but very disappointed never going back to that building I have very good experience in building next to it last year

No lo q esperaba

Muy bonita alberca sin encambio tienes q pagar un fee de 75$$ extra para estar en las instalaciones y después de las 10pm ya debes estar en tu cuarto el cual te ponen q es para 6 personas y es muy pequeño no permiten ruido ni en los balcones exageradamente estrictos en la seguridad estan en todo lo q haces y la propiedad es muy grande pero los elevadores No son suficiente cada vez q lo usas tardas 10-30 min para bajar o subir no me gusto mi estancia y no lo recomiendo si eres de hambiente no es para ti ,si eres el q se va a relajar y a dormir después de las 10pm talvez te guste

Enjoyed our visit

The property was as described and was clean. The sofas and blankets didn’t smell fresh and could use a cleaning. Overall, our stay was worth the price we paid for one adult and two teenage girls. We would stay at this property again

View from shore of Panama is great but only one elevator out of 4 worked.

View from Unit is great, swimming pools are cold and inside pool has too much chlorine in pool that cause family’s eyes itchy and red. Parking space is terrible and hard to find reserved spot. All reserved spot numbers are not order. Parking space needs to be expanded and need more elevators. There are only 4 elevators .

Very pleased

Stayed from September 15th-20th for our 17th anniversary and had a wonderful time. After reading some of the reviews I was hesitant but once we arrived I was so glad I booked this condo. It has had some recent updates like new paint, a new refrigerator, new ceiling fans, new couch in the living room, with sleeper sofa. The condo was very clean on our arrival and had ample cooking supplies and utensils in the kitchen. A coffee pot is included but I took my own Keurig, I’m spoiled to it lol. The view from the condo and balcony is absolutely gorgeous! It was even beach chairs for us to use. On our 2nd day, I’m guessing we left the balcony door open to long and it automatically kicked the air off, I text Ali and almost instantly received a call from him telling me how to reset the system and if we needed anything else to just let him know. Parking wasn’t a problem at all our whole trip and the longest we ever waited for an elevator was about 4mins at busiest times. Very pleased with our stay and already planning on booking the same unit for our next trip.

Terrible owner

Shores of Panama is great! This unit, 2016, was awful and the owner was even worse. When we arrived we noticed immediately that the refrigerator was making a loud noise. After 6 hours it wasn't cooling and the freezer (which is above the refrigerator) was leaking water onto our food. The chairs at the kitchen table were broken and the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was missing an entire blade. I text the owner to let him know. He told me that the refrigerator would eventually cool and that the water was coming from the icemaker. He then stated that the icemakee doesn't work, but that he had provided 2 ice trays. I told him that 2 ice trays was not sufficient for 6 people. He then told me that I could go buy more. As I looked around that evening I also noticed that several plug in outlets didn't have covers on them and the one in the kids' bunkroom was completely hanging out of the wall. Thia poses a serious danger to a small child who may decide to play with it. The dryer vent was broken in half and would not sit in the cavity inside the dryer, therefore all of the lint for whatever amount of time it has been like this has been going into the chute which is a fire hazard. The microwave had rust inside it. The sheets had holes in them. The living room pullout bed had sheets provided, but no blanket. The owner asked me to send pictures of everything so I did and he quit responding. The refrigerator was making so much noise that if you are the unlucky one who gets to sleep in the living room, you will not be able to sleep. One morning I woke up and it was eerily quiet. The refrigerator had stopped making noise. I text the owner to tell him that I think it had died. He finally responded by calling. He told me that if he sent someone out to look at it, that I would be billed for it. He also told me that if I didn't want to use the fire hazard dryer that I could take my clothes to a laundromat. He eventually hung up on me and sent security up to my room to see if I had a dog in there...which I didn't. DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT!! I have pictures of everything , but I do not see a way to submit them on here.

Unfortunately would not stay here again!

Unfortunately it was not what I expected when I walked in after being on the beach all day. The pictures that looked so inviting on vrbo was not accurate. The colors, the furniture, fixtures were not the same, broken and just dirty. At 7:30 pm when we got to the room, it had not been cleaned from the prior renters. Had to ask for batteries for remotes for TVs. The floor was never mopped and had to wear shoes the entire time because our feet would turn black, They only had 2 tiny pillows on the king bed and no pillows or sheets for the so called pullout couch for 2 of the guests. They left 3 white towels for bathing and a smaller than normal blue towel for 6 guests. The fan in the master bedroom had one blade gone so it was not useable. The refrigerator was so old and loud and could not put anything in the freezer as it leaked water all offer the floor. Even bigger issue was the elevators and parking and fee charged upon checkin. This unit is on e 20th floor. We would wait constantly for 20-30 minutes to get on as at any given time 1 out of only 4 elevators was broken. The parking garage was a nightmare as on 2 occasions no parking was available for us. We had to pay extra money to park our other car offsite. When we checked in I had to pay an additional $60 for the bands to be in the property. While the property manager answered the first day to get cleaners there... they didn't answer again. It was embarrassing for my guests and frustrating when I spent so much to stay there. I was extremely disappointed.

Worse unit I have seen ! The pictures must have been taken when it was built . Puke dried up on wall

Horrible experience ! The unit was nasty, the front door was rusty and barely any paint on it . The unit furnishing were worn out and dirty, dried puke on the walls and down the side of the bed . The unit wasn’t clean at all. We had to get another unit at The Grand Panama for our stay. VRBO has no interest in making the customer happy ! I will post the pictures of the unit on all social media platforms and let everybody know how VRBO treats consumers that chose to use them for their vacation needs.. A
