This home has a feel of a modern mountain retreat, complete with a towering center stone fireplace. 3 of the 4 bedrooms in the house have their own stunning 360 Degree, panoramic views of the Temecula wine valley and mountains!

Have total privacy - Over 18 acres of land surrounding the home located on the highest hilltop of the valley and over 45+ fruit trees.

Entertainment at BEST! A Smart Flatscreen TV is in every bedroom. A brand new, 85 Inch Sony Smart TV is in the Living Room and the Game room.

*** Stream your favorite movies and TV shows at ease! We have subscriptions to Netflix, HBO Max, Disney Plus, Hulu, ESPN+.

1st BEDROOM - A King size master bedroom with a queen sofa bed, has the spa experience with its double-headed shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub overlooking the beautiful mountain scenery. It also has a shared ample balcony space with 2 other bedrooms. (Sleeps 3-4)

2nd BEDROOM - A Queens size bedroom with private bathroom and Mountain view balcony (Sleeps 2)

3rd BEDROOM - A Queens size bedroom with private bathroom and Mountain view balcony (Sleeps 2)

4th BEDROOM (downstairs) - A Kid's bedroom with a bunk bed.
*** a Full-size bottom bed and a Single bed at the top. (Sleeps 2-3)

5th Two (2) twin size beds available inside our Library with barn-style sliding door for privacy. (Sleeps 2)

6th Full-size sofa bed available at the lower level game room. (Sleeps 1-2)

1 Half bathroom next to the kitchen
1 full bathroom at the lower level next to the game room and the kid's bunk bedroom.

THE KITCHEN;
The fully upgraded gourmet kitchen is ready to host your family dinner and wine tastings!
*** Induction cook-top, massive granite center island, double oven.

Coffee for breakfast is a must! We have a Drip coffee machine, a Ninjia Specialty Coffee Maker, French Press, Milk Frother & Coffees beans. The only way to start your day is with a nice cup of coffee.

Game room complete with pool table, shuffleboard, large TV, and a small kitchen, private bathroom, and pull out sofa bed

THE OUTDOOR AREA
The outdoor space is completely private with an art-decorated pool, a water fountain, a Hot-tub, a fire pit, and a BBQ area. The Outdoor lights are automatically turned on by sunset and turned off at midnight for your enjoyment as you delight in the year-round warm weather. There are over 8 outdoor separate seating areas, so there is room for the whole family!

* Hiking and oak tree retreat onsite
* The rock waterfall is not available to avoid accidents.

*Important: If you would like the pool heated to 80 degrees F, please let us know at least a minimum of 24 hours before check-in. It is heated by propane and costs an additional $125/day to heat April-September and $200/day to heat October-March
