Welcome to Annapolis, where history and nature come together!

Make yourself at home in this cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with dedicated parking. Conveniently located near all the must-see attractions, it’s the perfect base for your visit.
As a passionate traveler who loves meeting new people, I’ve designed my home to be warm and welcoming. If you enjoy cooking, you'll appreciate the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with a variety of cookware and spices—feel free to use them! The nearby markets offer fresh, local ingredients to inspire your culinary creations.

Though compact, the space is thoughtfully arranged for comfort. Enjoy your morning coffee on the charming patio or unwind in the inviting queen bed (though with so much to explore, you may not want to sleep in too long!). Shopping and dining options are just minutes away, making it easy to experience the best of Annapolis.

My home is ideally situated about 3 miles from the U.S. Naval Academy, the State House, the Annapolis Museum, City Dock, and the historic district. Please note, the condo is on the third floor with no elevator. However, taxis are affordable, so you won’t have to worry about parking.

BWI Airport is just 35 minutes away, and Washington, D.C.’s airports are about a 45-minute drive.

Great Place, Responsive Host

The property is very nice, with scenic green views of the trees outside. The host had amenities in place, like chilled glasses in freezer, drinks, coffee, toiletries, and even a pride-themed toilet paper stack! She was responsive and picked up something for us that we needed and left it at the door. Great stay!

Annapolis Weekend

This apartment was perfect for a weekend trip to Annapolis! It was easy to Uber to City Dock to enjoy the restaurants and activities. Great location and was very cozy!

Fantastic Location

We were in town for a wedding. It was a great location to downtown Annapolis. Parking was a breeze. Close to the mall and restaurants! The space was clean and the host was responsive.

Cozy place, like home

We enjoyed our 2 nights at Cozy Place Close to the docks. Easy access and personalized connection with Nathalie were appreciated! We enjoyed the French and sail boating themes in the apartment, aligned the Annapolis maritime history! The docks are a short drive and old Town Annapolis was pleasant and historical! We recommend Cozy Place to others!

Convenient and Clean

Nathalie was very responsive and an excellent host. Everything was clean and accurate to her listing. Close to Annapolis and Sandy Point State Park. Very nice for a weekend stay.

Unmatched Patience

Property host demonstrated amazing patience as arrival was delayed due to flight and ultimately canceled due to illness. I will definitely book again next time in town.

Quaint little getaway

Our trip was a surprise 6oth birthday trip, which we thoroughly enjoyed, despite the cold weather! The one thing I would have liked would be a list of some good local eateries. Nathalie was very easy to communicate with and flexible (I had to change my check-in time due to a funeral).

Cozy, central location

I stayed at this apartment for a weekend trip to Annapolis. The apartment is very clean and Nathalie was very quick responding to our questions and made sure we got in the property easily and had a great stay. The apartment is about 15 mins away from downtown Annapolis but it’s a great location if you’re wanting to explore the area. No place we went was farther than a 15 min drive so super easy to get around and see more than just downtown. The apartment had everything we needed and i would definitely stay here again when coming back to Annapolis!

Much better than expected

I'm particular very assured about cleanness of the apartment. All the sheets feel very clean and fresh. Setting is cozy. Neighborhood is very safe. I was not particularly happy with DC neighborhood but this location is awesome
