Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but there were a few challenges that stood out.The rental property itself was very nice and exceptionally clean. Despite being located right off a busy street, the fenced-in front yard helped make the space feel more private, which we appreciated.The host was responsive and communicated well when we reported issues during our stay. However, one area that could have been handled better was the check-in process. We did not receive check-in details until just a few minutes before the 4:00 PM check-in time, which caused some unnecessary anxiety.We experienced several maintenance issues during our stay. Two of the upstairs showers were not working when we arrived, which was difficult since we had five women in our group trying to get ready in the mornings. A handyman came fixed one shower, and then returned the next day to repair the second one. Additionally, the lighted vanity in the master bathroom was not functioning. While we appreciated that the issues were addressed, having multiple repair personnel coming in and out during our stay was inconvenient and made us question whether these items were being checked between guests.As a kind gesture, the host did provide a bottle of wine to apologize for the troubles, which was thoughtful and appreciated.Overall, the home itself is lovely, but improved quality control and earlier communication—especially around check-in details—would have made the experience much smoother

The house was clean, and convenient location. Host is super quick to respond. House does seem to get warmer in certain rooms, but it didn’t ruin our stay. Definitely needs consistently sprayed for wasps outside, but comes with territory. Wasps will be bad around pools.

Great Location

This was a great spot for family spring training. Its close to Pirates (LECOM) and Orioles ed smith stadium. Its super close to Sarasota Airport. Its quick access to Publix and Walmart among many restaurants. There is a paved 54 mile bike/running trail (legacy trail) that is a short drive and great for runs. The pool and tiki hut is great for family time. Owner was great to work with.

Clean unit and well appointed

It is located off a busy six-lane road, but you do not hear the traffic inside the unit. The location is ideal for restaurants and shopping. The pictures and information about the unit online are accurate. The property manager is a very good communicator. I would stay here again!

Overall impression was very private. Plenty of room outside. The gate was a plus. Sense of security. Conveniently located. Suited us for multiple family's. Pool was a plus. Kids throughly enjoyed it.

Excellent property with pool!

This is a wonderful property with everything that you need for a short or long vacation. We were on spring break with our family of 8 and stayed here for 6 days. We fit comfortably in this house and were very happy with the accommodations. Host was very responsive. Overall, we would recommend this to our friends and family as well as stay here again.

Clean, beautiful, and relaxing

This is such a great little home. It’s very clean inside and well-decorated, everything looks as advertised. The pool and outdoor area were also very beautiful and relaxing. The house is close to lots of great shopping and restaurants. Management always responded to questions promptly. Would love to visit again one day.

Great Ladies Weekend!

The host was polite and communication was easy. The location was within 5 mins of a ton of shopping and restaurants, and within 20 minutes of Saint Armands Circle. The house was updated and modern with plenty of beds and comfy pillows galore. The pool area was a great place to relax and gather. Would definitely recommend.

Interesting Renovation

The reno gives this place potential but if you want to do anything in the kitchen with more than one person then this will not be the place for you as it's far to small/misconfigured. The furniture is nice is most places except for the kitchen tables and chairs. The reno could use a few touchups to make it go from an ok place to a great place. The hosts were very nice people and help me ride out the hurricane here.

Be aware of location.......

The house was very clean. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine. The size of kitchen and living room were tiny though. Also there is no hot tub or balcony as listed in description. Very noisy due to being directly on parkway. Lots of traffic, six lane highway. Also, we were very uncomfortable with all the outdoor cameras. We felt constant eyes on us. That should be disclosed. All that being said, we enjoyed our month but wont be returning. It may be perfect for a shorter stay. It just didnt work for us.

I would stay here again!

I want to first say that we loved this property. The private pool was AMAZING, beds was super comfortable, loved that it had a tv in each room and that it comes with washer and dryer and also a dish washer. It’s about a 15 minute drive to Lindo beach and a 30 minute drive to siesta keys beach (we loved lindo beach just as much as siesta keys beach and actually went to it more than siesta keys beach). It’s also very convenient because Walmart, McDonald’s, Burger King, and several other restaurants are just 3 minutes up the road! I will say we had a little problem with the automatic gate the first night because it rolled itself off the tracks but AS SOON as I messaged the property owner she messaged right back and we appreciated that very much because she was so quick and responsive. If we come back to the area and this property is available to book we most definitely will! We loved it and give this personally a 10/10.

Christmas in Sarasota

This house was a good size to fit the 9 adults who stayed there and we all had a bed to sleep on. The outdoor area was a great place to lounge and hang out and was a favorite by each family member! The host was communicative and when I had a question regarding the property, they got back to me quickly. This property is in a very convenient location! The grocery store was just down the block and depending on traffic, it was not a far trip to the beach! There were plenty of kitchen amenities and towels. The only downside was the noise of the traffic at night being so close to the highway. However, every member in my family said once they fell asleep, the traffic was not an issue and we all slept well. The gate with a code was nice to keep the area private! There wasn't much of a common area space for lounging as a group but each room had its own TV and the weather was so great we barely spent time inside anyway!

If you want to read a book, sleep and watch tv this is the house for you.

We felt we were being watched all the time, the owner of the property did not share the codes to the gate/door until 30 minutes past 4 pm , time when we were supposed to check in. The AC was acting weird, we communicated it to the owner but got no help, even though we sent pictures of the thermostat which was turning on and off every 5 minutes, I have to say that we had a six month old baby with us, the temperature inside the house was very very hot , close to 90 degrees. the room with the bunk bed is very hot the AC barely hits there, four of kids had to sleep in the living room where there is a big ceiling fan.The pool was dirty when we arrived, we had to clean it ourselves, there was no propane so had to bring back home all BBQ meats. .NO bathroom by the swimming pool, need to enter the house to use the toilet every time. The shower of one of the bathroom upstairs is clogged up, there is barely no water coming out.Make sure yo take pictures as I did when you leave. we will not return to this property even if it is cheaper by houndreds of dollars.

Very dishonest review, you received the code as soon as you called that you arrived at the property. You stayed in our property for 3 nights, leaving the house doors open with the AC on, playing loud music disturbing the neighbors who called me to complain about you and your guests that you brought to our property without authorization, filling up our house of unregistered cars and guests. The last night you stay at our property was hot because you had left the doors open all day with the outside temperature of 101, the AC stopped working and when you closed the doors started working again, we are sure that you don't do that in your own house. We have a Webber bbq, the gas tank is full, if you didn't know how it worked you would have asked. The pool was clean, we have a company who takes care of that, and I never mentioned that we have an outside bathroom, unfortunately, we do not have that option for now. We do not have any problem with the water in any of the bathrooms or anything is clogged. Our only problem was renting to you who have no respect for people or things that are not yours, leaving a mess in our house, breaking kitchen utensils, mixing clean and dirty clothes on purpose, not respecting the utilities, or respecting our neighbors. You are definitely not welcome at any of our properties. JWK
