The only positive about this property was the garage parking. We arrived late at night to find that the provided door code was incorrect. No one responded to our messages, and it wasnât until around midnight that we finally reached someone by phone via VRBO who gave us the correct code. Their communication system is chaoticâmessages come through VRBO, text, and a platform called Lynx. Itâs confusing and inefficient; they should stick to VRBO messaging only.Be aware there is no A/C, and the fans provided barely work. The beds are uncomfortably hard, the pillows extremely flat, and there was a strong smell of urineâwhether from pets or peopleâthroughout the unit, especially noticeable in the bedrooms, bathroom, and on the couch (even with a cover on). Noise is also an issue, as you can clearly hear neighbors, particularly those upstairs who began stomping around as early as 5 a.m. Despite the multiple communication channels, the hosts never once responded to my concerns during the stay. Overall, I am very disappointed by the lack of care, attention, and response from the host. It simply isnât worth the hassle.
