Access to the building was incredibly easy amd seamless. Safe area for the parking. The apartment was very clean and had everhtbing you need to be comfortable, warm or cool, with heating and AC in the living room and the bedroom.

Convenient location. Apt is very clean and well appointed. Parking is a little tricky because the space assigned to this apt is very tight. Also, there is a bar at the end of the block so noise is intermittent noise is an issue. On the whole, a great place to stay.

I would disclose the request for parking space info before hand or prior to check in. If I hadn't checked my email I would've never seen the request for my license plate # and then what? Would my car rental have been towed? I dunno, but having to do so after not seeing a few requests and then rushing back to the property to respond was a little nerve racking (who remembers their rental license plate #?). I would maybe streamline that process a little bit. I'm nitpicking here, but it was something I'd modify. No one wants to have to keep providing information after the initial check in process and then worry about what other future requests may be awaiting. Maybe it was mentioned before in the terms, but I didn't notice it.

The host was welcoming and had good communication throughout. The property is a bit worn down though the apartment has been refreshed. The most basic things were available but if you may want to bring things like spices and plastic wrap if are going to do some cooking. The apartment is in the front of building and is very loud with street noise.
