We stayed in Let It BEach for a short anniversary trip. Great views and location walking distance to anything you would need. Home was just as described great value for location would stay here again.

Our stay was amazing! The condo is exactly as pictured and very cozy! Furnished with all you need plus extras, having the beach chairs and umbrellas was a plus! Would definitely recommend!!! I would suggest a dust pan to go with the broom...sand sand and more sand

This was my first time staying at this condo. Location is great, very close to everything and the beach is very close. It was raining while we were there and it was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves. The beach is so close that you could sit on the balcony and feel like you are sitting on the beach, without the sand. I will definitely stay here again. Also, the host is very nice and responses to messages quickly.

My best friend and I have been taking a girls’ trip to PCB every summer for many years, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed. The location is wonderful—close to so many great restaurants—and the condo is adorably decorated, super clean, and amazingly well appointed. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is stocked with all kinds of dishes, pots, pans, cutting boards, small appliances, and more. There are hooks everywhere for hanging clothes, towels, swimsuits, bags, etc. The owner’s attention to detail is incredible. We loved it and will be back!

Enjoyed a 5 day trip with my daughter on her college spring break. The space was perfect for the two of us. Very clean and had everything we could need or want for our beach trip. Will definitely rent again! Beautiful ocean view, great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The condo was perfect for the two of us. King size bed was comfortable, as were the recliners. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. The shower stall was oversized and perfect for two, haha. The water ran hot and the water pressure was amazing! Beautiful beach view from the balcony and large picture windows. It was insanely hot this week and the air conditioner kept the room cool at all times. There were beach chairs in the room as well as an umbrella, although we used our own ShoreShade which worked out better due to the wind. The host, Christine, was very responsive whenever I had to contact her in the app. Some downsides about the property - people on the beach were not careful with their trash, so there was a lot of trash in the sand - food and candy wrappers, bottle caps, etc. Also, the road in front was constantly packed with souped up pickup trucks with speakers blaring at full volume, which you could hear from inside the condo. There were a lot of teenagers running back and forth from the parking lot to the hotel next door. The onsite security guard was a welcome presence. That all being said, we had a great stay and would recommend this condo to anyone who wants to stay on the strip.

Perfect Studio Getaway at Let It Beach!Our stay at Let It Beach in Panama City Beach was absolutely amazing! Even though it’s a studio unit, the space was incredibly well-designed, cozy, clean, and thoughtfully arranged to make the most of every inch.The condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the layout made it easy to relax without ever feeling cramped. It was perfect for a couples’ getaway or a peaceful solo retreat.The highlight, without a doubt, was the view. Stepping out onto the balcony and seeing the ocean each morning was breathtaking. The easy beach access made it simple to go back and forth throughout the day, and the white sand and clear water were just beautiful.We also appreciated how quiet and well-maintained the property was. The pool and surrounding areas were clean and inviting, adding even more value to the stay.If you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront escape in a cozy, efficient space, this studio at Let It Beach is a fantastic choice. Amazing little property. Includes everything you would need for a vacation stay! Super cute details in the room, super friendly host! Walk down the beach to restrants! Wish we had more time to stay longer.

This place was absolutely adorable. Cold AC when we walked in and the view from the balcony is spectacular. I love the smaller condos versus the big high rises because access to the beach is so quick and easy. We got to the beach in 1 minute. I’ve stayed in the big ones before and the elevator takes FOREVER! My daughter and I stayed here and felt very safe and comfortable.

Wedding trip

We got this room for my bride’s daughter and her fiancé. Was a get room. We have stayed at this complex before and find it a great place to stay in the PCB area.
