Welcome to your perfect slope‑side getaway in Breckenridge! This beautifully updated 2‑bedroom condo sits just 100 yards from the 4 O'Clock Run, offering true ski‑in/ski‑out convenience for all levels — and we even provide a map to guide intermediate skiers back through the woods. The Breckenridge Nordic Center is a short walk away, and the free shuttle around the corner makes getting anywhere effortless.
Inside, enjoy a fully refreshed space with brand‑new kitchen finishes, appliances, bedding, and bathrooms (Winter 2024–25). The layout is cozy and functional, featuring a king bed in the main bedroom and two full bunks plus a twin trundle in the guest room, comfortably sleeping up to 7. High‑speed WiFi and an in‑unit washer/dryer make this an excellent choice for extended stays or remote work.
Year‑round adventure starts right outside your door — hike, bike, or explore the mountain with ease. Traveling with a group? StayLTD manages three neighboring units, giving you the option to spread out while staying close together.

Really Nice Stay

I have stayed at many lodges in Breck and this was one of the cleanest, easiest stays. Also, it's a short walk to the hill (ski in, ski out) which was great. Nothing bad to say. I would stay again

Wish we could have stayed longer!

What a beautiful and clean apartment! We felt right at home! It was easy to hop onto the Snowflake Lift, no driving/parking necessary.

Nice condo in Breckinridge.

Nice condo, good location. Short walk to Four O’ Clock run and short ski to mountain access via Snowflake lift from there. Clean well maintained unit. No problems experienced, but property manager is very attentive and can tell any issues would be resolved right away.

Perfect location and condo

The this condo was a great fit for our family of 4. It was super easy access to hop on the 4 OClock trail and get to the ski lift. The bus stop is a quick walk and gets you easily to Peaks 7 and 8 and the gondola or down to the town. There was plenty of area outside for the kids to play in the snow on the non-ski days. The condo had everything we needed to feel comfortable and accommodate cooking in. They even provide shampoo, body wash and lotion (could save on a shopping trip). Check in and out was easy. We would definitely recommend to others!

New Years vacation

We arrived on Christmas Day and the hot water wasn’t working but it was just the switch and Bret was really nice trying to solve it from far. Everything was great! I would only change the duration of the hot water for the showers, it lasts 5 minutes the longest and to wash my hair was difficult The place is super cute, the kitchen has everything, clean, and perfect for our ski trip! Thank you

Thanks for the stay, glad we were able to get you fixed up when the breaker tripped on the Hot Water tank. We actually replaced it with a brand new one after you checked out so we didn't have to worry about it! See you next time for extra long showers!

Great Location, Great Clean Property

We loved our stay here. Normally we stay above town, quite high and it takes about 5-10 minutes to get up there. This property was located above town, away from the congestion and noise, but it only took about 2 minutes up the hill. Very quiet neighborhood, we saw a moose wandering around one morning! The unit itself was very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen so we could easily cook ourselves. Simple nice decor, loved that it had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms, really necessary when you have kids, especially teenagers. The owner/property manager was very clear with instructions via email, provided pictures with arrows to help point out the unit and area and I felt we could get hold of them at any time if needed. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you!

Owner is dishonest! And will hide behind his LLC!

Save yourself the hassle - stay somewhere else!! Even if it cost $$$$, bc this jerk will keep your deposit even if you follow every one of his 50 cleanup rules! Your deposit will be kept no matter what!! Several features like the fireplace and microwave do not work and have not for a long time! Iwner lied about ski in ski out…. I guess it would be if if wasnt 400 yds away and you have to unclip to cross 2 streets in the process. Owner lied about his cleaning people getting threatened to be towed. Dishonest owner!! Save yourself getting upset!! Owner set this up in an LLC and will alter comments !

Oh Richard, I'm sorry you didn't follow the instructions and we had to charge you for a late check out when you kept both parking passes and put them in one vehicle until 3pm while our cleaners had to stop the tow company from removing their cars on a very busy spring break weekend. They sent us a picture of both passes in your vehicle. The fireplace and microwave do infact work but, again, you have to follow the instructions we provided. We always refund security deposits when guests follow our very simple instructions and house rules.

Not really a ski in/out

Having to schlep down the street to get to the slopes only to find that lift access was actually a street below the lift was a little disappointing. So it’s actually a walk, ski down, take off skis to cross street and then walk up a hill to the snowflake lift. With two kids I don’t consider that ski in/out. Without kids I probably wouldn’t either, honestly. Everything else about the place was great, but since that’s the feature in the listing title, I felt the need to clarify. My husband ended up dropping us off at the end of the street and we geared up while he walked back to meet us. For those unfamiliar with Breck and trying to figure out where to stay, here my two cents. We have always stayed at the base of peak 9, but we tried this out for a change. We will be staying on peak 9 if we ever return. It’s so much more convenient to be able to walk everywhere from your condo and staying on peak 8 requires a car ride. It’s only a few minutes, but when that 4pm traffic hits it’s pretty hard to get down there and parking sucks.

Hey Brianna, Sorry you didn't seem to follow the tips I left at the condo. You just walk out the condo across the street and then ski/ride down to the Snowflake lift. You then just ski back on the 4'Oclock run and walk across the road to the condo when you come home. Unfortunately you made it way harder on yourself than needed. I also left the trail map for the route back through the woods where on a good snow day you can ski right across the road back to the condo. Next time I guess.

Location was good, ability to cross the street and snowboard down to the lift. Wished there were more seating in the living room. Only 2 could fit comfortably on the small couch leaving the other 2 of us to sit on the floor or in a kitchen chair. We did wish that the bathroom vanity was a bit larger.
