The second and main floor features an open floor plan complete with a kitchen, island bar, granite countertops, cherry hardwood floors, a beautiful stone fireplace, plenty of comfortable seating in the living room and a half bathroom. Enjoy your favorite meal at the cozy dining table and curl up afterward to watch your favorite movie or play your favorate board game. The deck, located just ouside of the living room provides a tranquil outdoor space to enjoy your favorite beverage and maybe a great book.

The third floor features the primary ensuite bedroom with a King bed, walk-in bathroon, soaking battub, separate shower and two vanity sinks. The second bedroom feature a Queen bed with the full bathroom just outside the door. a full-size washer and dryer is provided in the laundry room.

This home features central air-conditioning and it is pet-friendly. Guests are welcome to bring up to 2 well-behaved dogs. The pet fee is $40.00, per night/$250.00 maximum. Guests are welcome to park up to one vehicle in the garage and another regular sized vehicle in front of the garage. The driveway and garage are up against a rock wall and oversized vehicles may not fit. Overflow parking is available near the entrance of the Elkhorn Townhome complex.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
