This home features a well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and tools needed to prepare your favorite meals. The open and functional living space is perfect for relaxing after a day on the golf course or at the beach. Free WiFi. Pawley's Island Stay at True Blue Resort

We bought our dogs with us and this location within the resort was perfect for us. We were warned about the alligators in the pond and steer clear from them. The accommodations were excellent and when the washer broke down, the resort was there the very next day to fix it. very nice accommodations and very clean. Thank you so much for a great summer vacation stay. We will be back!

Pleasant change-up

Beautiful golf course property. Close to lots of shops, grocery, and restaurants. Beautiful, CLEAN, and cute condo. Easy drive to the beach! We initially booked a different condo, however, we were notified by the company the day prior to the trip that the booked condo was having repairs done and would be unavailable. The company offered us this condo as an alternate and we could not have been more pleased! Met all of our needs! Will definitely be coming back and staying here again!

Comfortable, great golf location

My husband and I were very comfortable in this unit. The location, overlooking the 16th tee and green at True Blue, was entertaining during the day and private at night. We enjoyed sitting in the screened porch watching golfers and the setting sun. The unit was comfortable. There were a couple of minor glitches which the office took care of as soon as I notified them. That response was impressive. We definitely plan to stay here again.

unit was fine location ease of extending but i called numerous times to have the sliding glass door blinds fixed and the same for the bedroom and no one ever came

Very spacious, great location, like being at home

We really liked the location of the property-it was close to a lot of places we like to visit in Pawleys Island. It was minutes away from the Hammock Shops and the beaches. Food shopping was close by. My wife and daughter really liked watching the golfers from the screened in porch. The beds were nice and comfortable and bathrooms were in good order. The property was very spacious. The only negatives I can broach are that my wife and daughter found both couches to be very uncomfortable; some of the cabinets in the kitchen could be refaced and there was a large stain on a throw rug in the living room. Perhaps the decent weekly rental price was reflective of some of these negatives, I'm not sure...

The unit needs to be updated. Found the furniture and interior to be something from the 80's. When we checked in, there were two bags of dirty sheets in the front foyer. Ice maker didn't work, electric stove tops were not in correctly which made cooking problematic, and tv was difficult to figure out so I used my Roku stick instead. A little inconvenient without tv's in the bedrooms.

Great location, place needs some love

Wow, the exterior and grounds are well kept, This place needs some updating and fixing! While the master bedroom bed was comfortable, don't bring anybody else for the other bedrooms! Those beds are rockhard and I thank my lucky stars I did not have to sleep on them they were like boards. The paint is coming off the kitchen cabinets. There is one TV in the whole house and there is no network television so no watching College football on Saturday or NFL football on Sunday for me! The good news is the air conditioning worked really well. Out of all the pools in the complex, only one was open, The golf course is beautiful and the bloody Mary's were good at the clubhouse. No working hairdryers. Stains on the throw rugs. Outdated and uncomfortable furniture. For the price, I would stay there a night or two just because of the location and the golf course.

Master bedroom was good, but if you are bringing others for the other bedrooms, the beds are like boards extremely hard. Not very well appointed location is fabulous however. Worst thing though, is the blinds on the sliding glass door don't close our junk fall off and you have to sit in the dark so people can't see in. Also, I could not watch Sunday football because the One and only television in the place does not get network TV. Out of all the pools only one was open and it did have a nice hot tub. The golf course is very nice and I ate at the clubhouse which had good bloody Mary's. The place was Fairly clean but had a Small pile of sand in the living room. Not even the most minimum things in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. They did, however have plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The grounds are well kept and the screened in porch was nice however the grill which is charcoal is located by the pond that has a sign for alligators so I sure as heck was not going to grill. For the price it was decent I guess. But not more than just a few days

Comfortable enough and functional but needs a lot of TLC

The unit is not uncomfortable and works for our needs but it definitely needs an overhaul and updating. From light fixtures being old and in desperate need of replacement, worn down appliances, and honestly the fact that the “blinds” in the main room living space are broken and do not completely close, I would consider this a safety concern for people who worry about their privacy or a woman even staying alone. The unit was clean, so no issues there. Also, considering there are three bedrooms having another tv available in one of them wouldn't hurt. We've stayed at several True Blue properties and this one is probably on the bottom of our list. It's a hard rating because it was clean and functional and not uncomfortable per se it just really,really needs some love. 6.5/7 out of 10.

This condo unit is run down. It was not clean upon our arrival and we found a beer can, a blood pressure pill and a piece of broken glass on the floor. The sliding door doesn't lock. The rugs and kitchen cabinets are old, damaged and in need of replacement. We would not use this unit or rental service again.

After a bad first day

The condo we checked into had wet carpets, wet cushions, and some clothes left in a drawer. The pantry was very dirty. It was late afternoon so we figured the carpet would dry by the morning. It almost did but the entire unit smelled like urine, hence the wet carpets (shampooed I guess). We called and at first they were going to send someone over to take care of it but within an hour they called and said they found us a different condo but on the second floor. Much cleaner and nice. They helped us move all our stuff. No adjustment to our payment but Peace Vacations took care of our problem very well. Next time we’ll go directly through them and probably get a better price than using VRBO.

Quaint, quiet, and clean

First of all, let me begin by saying this unit is managed by a company that works 9-5 (please add this to the listing) I drove from Nashville and did not make the arrival time before their office closed so I kind of freaked out because to me, VRBO insinuates your messages will go to an OWNER. Not a company that goes home and stops work at these times. With that being said, someone finally was able to get ahold of me and explained how to get into the lockbox at their office. Which was actually pretty slick. You enter in a code and get your key. So if you've been traveling all day, and dont have the patience to deal with someone checking you in, this is very ideal. Now for the property: It was clean, no smell of pets, all three bathrooms were clean. Never used the kitchen so I can not shed light on the plates and pots and pans. There are two floors in the apartment complex, this is on the bottom floor. Not sure if the people above live there full time or if that is rented too - but I never heard them. Overall, this is a very, very, good deal. The screened in porch that overlooks the par 4 on the pond was very relaxing. Would reconsider renting here no doubt - even though the checkin really upset me, I still give this place 5 stars for the price. Literally my only complaint was the lack of disclosure about the unit being operated by a company and not a homeowner.

Great condo

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to enjoy sitting on the porch and watch the golfers and easily walk to the pool. The condo was updated, clean and well appointed.

Penthouse

We had rented a condo in the True Blue area but as we were on out way there we had a call to let us know that property would not be available due to a plumbing issue. So, Peace Vacations arranged for us to stay in a Penthouse on the beach for the same money, We were pampered by their thoughtful care.
