Great location for couple’s golf trip. Close to many courses, beach, grocery store, and restaurants. Unit would be small for more than 2-3 people

Fantastic peaceful stay

My husband and I looked forward to our trip to Pawley’s Island for months and sincerely enjoyed our stay here. This is a perfect sanctuary tucked away just close enough to the beach, great restaurants, shopping, golf, Historic Georgetown, and more.

Very nice condo and location

Very nice, clean condo with comfortable beds. Great location for beach, shopping, and restaurants. Three grocery stores less than one mile away!

True Blue Golf Course

Great location. The condo was cute and is well suited for a family with children. The twin beds were set up for children, low to the ground and had rubber or plastic mattress cover. Not really comfortable for an adult or older child. Patio needed to be cleaned.

Hard to recommend

We’ve stayed at 3-4 different True Blue units I’ve the years, and this was by far the worst. Master bed is likely a full, not a queen, and was the most loud and uncomfortable bed we’ve ever had on vacation. Living room couch felt like you were going to sink into the floor. Cleaning staff did a good job and were easy to contact. Several kitchen cabinets wouldn’t close, including one under the sink with chemicals in it - not ideal when you have small children with you. Disappointing overall, wouldn’t recommend.

No motorcycles allowed

The condo was clean and welcoming. Had some problems with the front door lock trying to get it to work, but eventually figured it out. We were never told that there were not motorcycles allowed. We came out after our first night and found tickets on both of the motorcycles from the Hué warning that if we parked there again, they would tow our bikes. Needless to say. We had to check out and find another place to stay, which was a major inconvenience. No problem with the Evolve team or the owner. They were great to work with. However, the HOA is brutal.

The unit was very nice and clean. Only complaint is it was on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. Due to our age, it made it difficult at times. Good location and very quiet.

We really enjoyed our girls’ getaway weekend at True Blue. We were comfortable and happy with our stay. The unit is close to the beach, pools, shopping, and restaurants.

Spotless get away

The pictures were exactly what you see online, no hidden surprises. The condo was spotless, stocked well with many kitchen supplies, (even spices which was a first from any previous VRBO rental), the only thing we didn't find was a colander for pasta, but that was an easy fix. Loved having the W/D available in the condo. The beds were comfortable, quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful/restful week. So many amenities within a 5 mile radius. Access to the pool right up the street, we were the only 3 there, like having your own private pool. Nothing but good things to say, and the little welcome note on the fridge and the little goody bag was a nice touch! Would definitely stay again!
