Located in the heart of Asheville‘s eclectic and vibrant central business district, this third story loft allows our friends and guests to experience our Jewel of the city, in a very comfortable and convenient venue. This downtown retreat, is in one of Asheville’s Historic buildings from the early 1900s, and is located between Prichard Park and Pack Place.
With this location, all of Asheville‘s varied activities are within a few blocks distance. Our place is fitted with quality components and amenities to make your stay in Asheville memorable. Furnishings include a fully operational kitchen for friends and guests desiring to prepare some of their own meals, even though Asheville boasts many unique quality Restaurants and eateries.

Apartment feels like home! Very secure building. Apt was well stocked and had everything we needed. The location is absolutely perfect. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely stay again. Plan to return in summer.

Very pleased with location, as in an excellent location, downtown, within walking distance to awesome restaurants, shopping & bars. The condo has very good quality of construction with upgraded lighting & plumbing fixtures. If you plan to cook at all, the kitchen (& coffee) is well stocked. As is the bathroom, with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips & makeup remover. The decor was nice. Seems the owners thought of everything! They even left a bag of gourmet popcorn. As far as communication, the owners were VERY attentive. When I go back to Asheville, I will definitely stay here again!

What a pleasant surprise for us in Asheville. This place was great. Location was super and amenities were on point, having everything we needed. Small thoughtful touches and tasteful choices made our stay a delight. The hosts are informative and super practical, caring folks. Very clean, extra touches, great communication with host. He was very helpful. Great location for walking to shops, venues and food. Highly recommend!There is some road noise due to city location but the owners have even placed a noise machine in the bedroom for your convenience! Many precautions for safety within the building.

Excellent Stay!

The property was great and in an excellent location. The AC pan got clogged and leaked but the owner was extremely responsive to this and got someone to fix it the next day. He stayed in constant communication with us about it and gave us some money back for the stay. We had great interactions with him and will absolutely stay at this place again!

My husband and I had an A+ experience! It really is an Asheville gem. Greg and Jen are excellent hosts! The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the shower has good pressure. There are plenty of easily accessible plugs to charge phones and laptop which is a nice touch. It's the perfect place to come back to after a fun-filled day of exploring Asheville. The location can't be beat (so close to great restaurants, bars and shopping) and a reasonably priced parking garage is located just across the street. We look forward to staying there again soon! Big thanks!

Perfect location

We came to town for a charity concert in Pack Square and couldn’t have been at a better location. We also drove to the NC Arboretum to visit the gardens and take a nice 5 mile hike. Very close & convenient! The hosts were extremely communicative. Every detail was covered and then some. We were only in Asheville for 2 nights so didn’t get enough time to thoroughly explore the neighborhood. Definitely will do next time! The space has plenty of room for a couple. Roomier than I expected! The kitchen even has lots of equipment if you want to cook. Highly recommend this adorable and well appointed place.

Weekend Getaway/concert

We had a wonderful time at this great apartment. Truly great location for walking to everywhere. Went to a concert in Asheville yards and it was fantastic location. Parking was easy enough with parking garage right across the street. It was an additional charge but ease of getting in and out was worth it. Would definitely come back and stay again.! Thanks for everything! Loved all the little extras! Made everything so easy!

Truly is a little gem!

Stayed for a week in this lovely clean, cosy apartment. Excellent location, easy to walk to restaurants etc, and so many places around the Asheville area to explore by car.Access arrangements worked fine and parking garage across the road was easy to find a space to park in, even at weekend.Thanks Jen & Greg!

Perfect location, lovely apartment!

This apartment was perfectly located in downtown Asheville within walking distance to amazing restaurants and shopping! It was also in close driving distance to great hiking as well as The Biltmore Estate. We truly enjoyed celebrating our anniversary here and this was a fantastic landing place. Everything you need for your stay is provided, the building is secure and quiet and although you can hear the nightlife outside, the sound machine in the bedroom drowns it out when you are ready to sleep! The communication with the owners was clear and prompt. We would love to visit again soon!

My hubby and I are California natives and moved to GA. One of our first weekends away was to Asheville and we fell in Love! Its the perfect marriage of city and mountains! A city of unparalleled views and endless activities and eateries, it's our little piece of heaven! Our 4 kids are almost out of the "nest" at which time we plan full time residence in Asheville!

LOCATION, LOCATION,LOCATION! Literally the center of town. A booklet with many of our favorite restaurants as well as the plethora of nearby activities will be at the condo for you to check out! We truly hope you love this hip, vibrant little city as much as we do!

4 story building built in the early 1900's right in the center of town. Elevator access. Also, you can exit the building from the front or back of building landing you a stone throw away from so many cool shops, eateries and entertainment.
