Stunning newer condo in downtown Asheville. This unit has 1 Main Bedroom and a Murphy Bed with balcony that opens from the bedroom and runs the entire length of the condo. Enjoy city views by the firepit. Located on Biltmore Ave in downtown you are central to all that Asheville has to offer. Also, just a short drive to the Biltmore Estate or the Blue Ridge Parkway; the location is hard to beat. One parking space is available but the car can be no larger than a Tahoe type vehicle. By booking this unit you agree to the terms and conditions of the Rental Agreement.
The condo was very nice and clean and well stocked.
My husband and I enjoyed hanging out on the balcony as the weather was around 80 degrees. Nice neighborhood with lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
We had a lovely trip. The condo was clean and comfortable. The firepit on the patio was a pleasant addition. We were able to walk to several places downtown.
Secure building and easy walking distance to downtown. Easy access to highways around town. Condo is very clean and you will have everything you need. If youâre looking for quiet, itâs perfect. Occasional loud car but thatâs it. Highly recommend!
We had a great time at this clean, upscale condo. The pre-trip process was smooth and easy. Once at the property, it was an easy walk to downtown shopping, pizza, and craft breweries. We found this to be a great location for our visit and would highly recommend it for its smooth reservation process, clean condo, and great location.
We had a great time renting this property for a quick weekend getaway to celebrate our bride-to-be! Great location, very nice property and internal decor. Loved the terrace and firepit. Easy instructions for checking in and out, and appreciated the extras provided for your use in the apartment. Overall great experience.
Very quiet, clean, well kept, the most comfortable mattress I've slept on in any rental, ever! Very much enjoyed access to the deck, almost has too many seating area choices! Parking garage was convenient. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom. Attractively decorated but also comfortable. Shower was very nice, refrigerator was cold, air conditioner worked extremely well and was quiet. Everyone we ran into that lived in or were staying in the building were very friendly, even though most of the time it almost seemed like we were the only ones there! Lots of entertainment, places to eat, grab a drink, see a show within walking distance. This is a great place to stay while enjoying all Asheville has to offer!
Wonderful experience with this condo. All other positive reviews of this unit were confirmedâperfect location, great view/balcony/fire pit, and even the Murphy bed was comfortable. Pocket doors separating hallway from living room and dual balcony access from bedroom and living room enabled a private separation of sleep quarters. We would stay here again.
My husband and I stayed at this condo during the week of July 4. It was the perfect location! We loved the parking garage and the ease getting to all the cool local breweries and restaurants in the South Slope, but also a quick walk up the hill and you're in the fun shopping and eating Downtown district (go to Tupelo Honey-some of the best brunch I've ever had). We were there Monday-Friday and didn't complete everything there is to do. We ended our trip with a quick drive over the Biltmore before catching our flight. Highly recommend this beautiful condo as a home base for all the fun things to do in Asheville!
The Great: Location, huge balcony, spacious kitchen with high end appliances (that we didn't use but were noticed), comfortable king bed.Good: access to the deck off the bedroom, large bathroom, plenty of towels (though they were not soft could tell they were never washed with fabric softener), Murphy bed if you have a guest and king bed.The Bad: The lobby doors would not open when you put the code in, it sounded like it was unlocking - the pad said "open" but we could never get it. We just had to walk over to the garage and go it that way. The toilet paper, Kleenex and paper towels were the absolute cheapest items you could buy. It felt like 1 ply toilet paper and when I blew my nose the tissue felt like sandpaper (so did the toilet paper). It's crazy to call your place "luxury"and cheap out on the most basic essentials. That was the most disappointing part of the place. Don't cheap out on things like those, it diminishes the experience.
This property was absolutely stunning! It had everything you could need for a home away from home vacation. It was super clean and chic. I love the updated features. The fire pit hit the spot for a cold night, chilling with friends. Everything was a reasonable walk for restaurants and bars! I also loved the place was gated for security of our things and car! We would highly recommend this stay and look forward to booking in the future!
The property was very nice. But there was a lot of noisy construction nearby, you could not even enjoy the patio. The neighbor is close to everything but there are homeless people in the area, so i would not have felt comfortable waljing in the evening by myself.
You can walk anywhere you need to in Ashville and find all the hot spots and a few hidden gems. Condo was brand new, fully supplied and very comfortable. A lot of nice little extras in the kitchen and nice extra blankets in bedroom. Was too cold/windy to use fire-pit but the deck is quite large and would be awesome in better weather. Highly recommend!
This property is the best property that weâve ever stayed at VRBO. It was just like the pictures.
One of the most important things to us is cleanliness and location. Everything was spot on and thoughtful.
This property is going to be a very hard, act to follow. We have a stay coming up that we are a little worried about, because we know thereâs no way any other property could be as great. Book this property, if you can!
Near perfect condo for two. Great location. Very clean. Loved the balcony. Two imperfections. Ice maker in freezer does not work. Could have used some ice trays. Blinds in bedroom facing east need blackout material. Otherwise, all we could have hoped for.
Overall this place was great and made celebrating our 20th anniversary that much better. The PM was attentive & responded quickly when messaged. Great location - 1 block to the Orange Peel, 10 min walk to central downtown. Lots of shops and restaurants along the way and a short drive to Biltmore. Wife was happy it was well stocked with coffee. Only bummer on our end was no filtered water or ice was available in the condo. As a fellow VRBO host with units of my own I was pleased with the entire experience and would recommend staying here and am curious if you would like to trade days with us at our ocean front condo in North Myrtle? :)
This condo is what we all wish a hotel was like. It had everything we needed. We didnât have to ask for extra pillows or blankets. There were plenty in the closet. There was a Murphy bed, but an air mattress was also provided. Coffee filters, creamer, etc. Perfect location to walk either way up Biltmore or Lexington to get to wherever you want to go to eat/drink. The parking garage was very convenient and easy to use. I will add that the parking situation could be confusing if you somehow enter the condo from Lexington. There are two garage entrances on different levels and theyâre not connected by a ramp (Lexington is the âGâ level and Biltmore is level 1). Currently, this unitâs parking space is on the Biltmore garage level. If you happen to pull into the garage from Lexington Ave on the other side of the building, you wouldnât be able to find your space. Just keep that in mind. All in all, probably the best VRBO weâve stayed at. The fire pit was great, especially when the rain cooled everything off. Thereâs currently some construction going on next door on the old Victorian homes but it would start around 8:00 am and they were done promptly at 5:00 pm. It looks like theyâre almost done with the heavy machine work. Highly recommend!
Very niece condo but, couldnât use the balcony as it was way covered with the dust from the ongoing construction adjacent to the condos, the number of access codes for the property was excessive, to many rule for the rate of the condo.
This rental left us wanting for nothing - expect more time in it. From the location, to the parking garage to the beyond well-appointed condo this stay exceeded all our expectations. The quality of the furniture, appliances, and accessories reminded us so much of our own home we could not believe we found such a complete 'package' of a place to spend our week in Asheville. The owners provide literally everything you need - from a well stocked kitchen and pantry to a patio fit for entertaining. If you are looking for a five star experience - look no further - it is here.
