A beautiful and charming covered front porch welcomes you to this classic Cape-style retreat. Built in 2012, this tastefully decorated, air-conditioned property combines comfort with style to create your perfect home away from home. Features include two story living with a gas fireplace, master suite (king bed) with bathroom, two bedrooms upstairs (full bed; full & 2 twin beds), a living room and extra sitting room on the first floor and an outside deck. The living room easily flows into the well-equipped kitchen and dining area, featuring a granite island with breakfast bar, stainless appliances, and granite countertops. Sliders from the dining area (table for 6 and island for 3) lead to the back deck overlooking the private back yard where you can use the gas grill or refresh in the enclosed outdoor shower. The cozy front sitting room allows for separate space for reading, games, or relaxation. Upstairs you will find 2 spacious bedrooms (one with queen bed and another with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds) and a full hall bathroom. Comforts of the home include 3 TVs (living room, master bedroom, 1 bedroom), central air conditioning, washer/dryer, dishwasher, WiFi, 2.5 bath, enclosed outdoor shower, deck (with chairs and side tables) and gas grill. The tranquil front porch may be your favorite spot for morning coffee or tea. Steps from an easement to Green Pond (~.25 mi) for swimming, kayaking or fishing. If you love Falmouth, you will love this location! Within minutes to Menauhant beach (~1mi), golf, marina, shopping, dining, entertainment & the Island Ferries.

A perfect week!

We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful rental. House is fully equipped, in pristine condition, and offers big and very comfortable beds. Owners are responsive and detail oriented. I would definitely rent it again.

Amazing stay

We had a great stay in this home! It was such a great location. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we could’ve needed, including towels, sheets, and cleaning supplies. The host left us a bunch of local restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The host was also very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this to anyone looking for a nice Cape vacation.

Lovely home

This house is above, and beyond what we expected, it was absolutely beautiful, and the location was perfect. We were in Falmouth for a wedding, and the games that were in the den were great for my great nephews. The extras that are provided like the robes and the beach towels, etc. made it even more special.

Went by too quickly

Our extended family has been coming to the Falmouth area for many years. This has been one of our favorite stays. This home is filled with open space, sunlight and is impeccably clean. The house is so stocked with amenities that all we had to do was to order perishables and we replaced items that the next renters might need. Our proximity to the lovely beach and to all of our favorite restaurants was an added bonus. Our hosts were always available to answer any questions we had. Thank you Karen and Steve, we had a wonderful two weeks.

Perfect family getaway

What a charming, accommodating and convenient house in Falmouth. Three grandparents, a couple with a baby and an 8-year old boy all stayed comfortably. Upstairs bedrooms are bright and welcoming and the AC works perfectly. The house was tidy and had everything we needed to cook in most nights, including a bbq on the deck and a yard with outdoor shower. Lots of board games and beach equipment to keep kids happy. Communication was above and beyond. We loved the location near Menauhant Beach and the neighborhood is great for strolls.

Perfect house. Impeccably clean.

We had a great time at Karen’s house in East Falmouth. It’s exactly as it is in the pictures. Very clean. Spacious. Really comfortable beds. Nice amenities. Loved the outdoor shower. Beach stuff in the garage. Lots of nice touches. Well appointed kitchen. Karen got back to us right away if we had a question and was always friendly and helpful. We wanted to be on a quieter part of the Cape that was less busy. This was just that. 12-minute drive to Falmouth. Quick ride to the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard and the shining star bike path. Initially I questioned being so far from some of the popular towns in the middle of the Cape, but in the end we were very happy to be in a quiet part of the cape near nice beaches and ponds. Highly recommend.

Lovely house near beaches

This is a lovely house: modern, clean with spacious bedrooms, great kitchen. Nicely decorated with comfortable furniture and beds. Karen provided lots of little amenities and plenty of beach towels. Great air conditioning appreciated over 2 hot weeks. Loved the front porch, outside shower and location - one mile from great beach.

Fabulous Falmouth

Everything about this property was Clean and New!... floors, furniture, bedding etc. . Each room had Towels and Robes waiting for us. Kitchen had everything we needed .......small deck off the kitchen was nice and quiet even though we were on a main road you couldnt tell sitting out...I cant say enough nice things about this stay the owner was pleasant and informative the property was perfect and the location ideal!!

Comfortable, pleasant house

Very comfortable house -- attractive, modern, comfy furniture, good spaces for hanging out in. Hosts provided thoughtful extras including laundry soap and were very attentive to address hiccups like an odd mechanical noise. Will be happy to return to this house!

Beautiful Cape Escape

My family of 7(4 kiddos age 2-10 and senior FIL included) loved staying at the beautiful and well appointed Cape rental. The location was perfect for us! Within minutes of the beach, shopping, the ferry, and restaurants, but in a quaint community with a lake in walking distance. The home was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was soft and beds were exceptional. The couches and chairs were in excellent order and we enjoyed reading and playing games as a family in the spacious common areas. The kitchen was expertly appointed. I was very pleased and was able to make a full breakfast easily with the kitchen pans and tools available. We have been coming to Falmouth for a few years as a late summer family trip, and although all our stays have been nice, this home is the first that I have wanted to rent for the following year! We didn't even use all of the homes many amenities, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional East Falmouth Stay

I can't speak more highly of this house- we had the best week at Karen's East Falmouth home. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail was just amazing throughout. The house provided so much space (we had 6 adults), but we never felt cramped. The driveway and garage provided us with ample parking, and the front and back yards were awesome bonus areas. Inside the house, the central A/C worked very well, the beds were extremely comfortable and each bedroom had great closet space / storage. We had everything we needed from kitchenware, linens, *terrycloth bathrobes*!!, beach chairs, etc. Karen thought of everything, we felt like were were at a luxury resort. Karen thought of everything; you can tell she is very hands on and very much cares about her guests' experience; she even offered extra hospitality, welcoming us with local Cape Cod wine and chips! Her communication was clear and quick from the time we booked to checking out. The only thing I wish was that we could've stayed longer. If you couldn't tell from this review, I would highly recommend this home to any of my friends or family. Thank you Karen & Scott!

We were impressed with the attention to detail in this wonderfully new vacation rental, resulting in a quintessential vacation-y stay at the Cape. Swimming in a neighborhood “pond” a short walk from the house was a highlight among a week of fun highlights.

Luxurious & Cozy all in one place

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful home! The extra touches like robes and lots of towels made it feel like we were in a luxury hotel, but it was also as comfortable and cozy as being at home. Everything we needed was already at the house – from kitchen supplies to games, they had it all. We could walk to the beach, or ride a bike that was also provided! An amazing way to cap off our summer. Thank you!

Perfect Vacation Home in Falmouth

This property was beautiful. Immaculate and lovely, modern with everything you need for the perfect vacation. Owners wonderful. All the extras from family games and beach gear to beautiful robes and toiletries upon arrival as well as lovely welcome gifts. The property owners got the extra mile for the guests and it feels like you are checking into an Inn vs a house rental! House was impeccable and easy to vacation in. Location is ideal with beach 1 mile away and ferry to Martha's Vineyard 1 mile away. Restaurants galore, shopping is wonderful in town and Mashpee Commons with additional gorgeous beaches all nearby. Would absolutely recommend this property without reservations and would definitely book again!!!! Cannot say enough!

Perfect getaway!

Karen and Steve are wonderful and thoughtful hosts. Their attention to detail in the house, their welcome and their responsiveness are impeccable. The Falmouth location is central to grabbing the Ferry to the Vineyard for the day, enjoying nearby beaches and there's a nice playground to walk to for the kiddos. Their vast selection of board games also make for a fun indoor day when it is rainy. We hope to return sometime in the future for another stay. It was such a lovely way to vacate:)

This was hands down the best rental experience! The hosts were super accommodating, the place was spotless.
