The kitchen is equipped with top of the line appliances and cookware, and the living room and dining room are furnished with beautiful, custom furniture providing ample sitting space for all guests. Off the kitchen there is the second of three decks, perfect for your 5pm happy hour. Additionally there is a gas fireplace for cozy fall and winter getaways.

The large back deck has comfortable lounge furniture, top of the line canopy umbrellas, a new gas grill and an outdoor shower. Bring your boat and water toys, because the house comes with one boat slip and an additional floating dock. Connected to the house is a shared side yard, where you can set up your lawn games!

The garage and driveway can accommodate up to three cars.
