This duplex home (1st unit) is perfect for families who want to see all that the NJ Shore has to offer. Less than a mile from the bay, 9 min drive to Stone Harbor Beach, and 12 min to Cape May and boardwalk attractions.

The house is equipped with all bed linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler bags and 6 beach tags for Stone Harbor/Avalon Beaches.

When you enter the main living space, you will feel welcomed into this updated cozy retreat. The living room offers comfortable seating for enjoying conversation or watching the flat screen TV. Adjoined, you will find the fully equipped, open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar, and everything you will need to prepare your vacation meals. Just past the living area, is an outdoor oasis featuring a deck, patio with grill and a large grass backyard. Backyard is shared with duplex neighbor next door, but plenty of room to spread out.

This unit has 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeping up to 10 people. The master 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and a private bathroom. The second 1st floor bedroom has a queen bed and adjacent bathroom. The 2nd floor includes three additional bedrooms. The first spacious bedroom features a queen bed and sitting area. The second bedroom is furnished with both a queen and twin bed, and the final bedroom has a twin trundle. The 2nd floor also features a large bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Ohana Hideaway is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.

This is one side of a duplex with a private entrance. Backyard is shared with the other neighbor duplex, but is absolutely huge. Includes private deck area and private BBQ.

This property is managed by Shore Term Rentals and they have 24/7 guest support services.

-The names and ages of all guests must be provided prior to your stay. There will be a $45 additional nightly charge for each unregistered guest.
-No guests unsupervised guests under the age of 25
-No parties or prom stays
-No smoking or EVape in the house.
-6 Beach badges are provided for Stone Harbor Beach. A charge of $100 will be applied for any unreturned badges after your stay.
Additional house rules:
-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
-This is a quiet residential neighborhood and no parties or gatherings are allowed.
-No smoking or vaping in the home
-The names and ages of all guests must be provided prior to your stay. There will be a $75 additional nightly charge for each unregistered guest.
-No alcohol consumption by guests under the age of 21
-6 beach badges are provided for your convenience for Stone Harbor beach. There is a $125 charge for each beach badge lost.
