Guest Access:

You’ll have the apartment all to yourself. $50 for early check in, only available if we do not have a guest the night before (not available on weekends). We do not offer late check-out. Building secured with 2 Ring cameras in the front and back building lobbies.



The Neighborhood:

Lakeview is a quiet residential neighborhood just a few miles northwest of downtown Chicago. This apartment is perfect for groups who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown while still having quick and convenient access to everything Chicago has to offer. In addition, we are very close to Wrigleyville and Wrigley Field if you are in town for a Cubs game or want to experience all the great restaurants/nightlife. The apartment is walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Also, guests can walk to the Roscoe Village attractions located on Roscoe Street.

For guests bringing a car, please note that this home does not include a designated parking spot, we do have free street parking on our street Barry and Hoyne (first come, first serve) and we recommend using SpotHero to find/reserve a parking spot! There are plenty of Uber/Lyft and taxis throughout the neighborhood as well. If you have luggage before your designated check in time we highly suggest using the website bagbnb to drop off bags when you explore the city!

PUBLIC POOL ACROSS THE STREET!



Apartment is split on two levels:

1. ENTRANCE ON 2ND FLOOR (bottom level) - living room, kitchen, laundry closet, and 2 bedrooms

2. 3rd Floor (top level) - 2 bedrooms



We hosted thousands of guests across 7 states, with an average rating of 4.6 stars.



We may require an ID & signed Rental Agreement or a refundable deposit prior to check in.



We only provide the initial supplies for the stay. If more are needed throughout the trip, It will be the guest's responsibility.



We do not have keys or access to our mailbox.



We do have Ring Cameras outside the property. Any blocking of the cameras will lead to an automatic eviction, forfeiture of security deposit, no refund and a fine. Please do not block these cameras



$250 lockout fee if needed to call a locksmith to let in. If keys at property and lost this charge will apply. If no keys, this will not be applicable unless tampering was made with our digital door lock system

HOUSE RULES 11pm Quiet Hour Must be 21+ to book $500 fine for parties or smoking in the unit ($100 per extra person over what the reservation was booked for). We do NOT allow late check out. There is a charge of $25/10 min after 11AM. By booking with us, if there is any violation of our house rules, you agree to forfeit your right to leave any review. NO OUTSIDE GUESTS (all guests must be included in reservation total) unless approved by host, $100 per unauthorized guest each night. $500 fine per night for any unauthorized pets. This listing is not pet friendly! Blocking Ring Cameras will lead to an eviction without a refund and up to $1000 fine. No exceptions! If a security team is called due to an infraction of the rules, the guest agrees to pay for the security team. Please DO NOT flush feminine products/paper towels/any foreign substance down the toilet (ONLY toilet paper). It is not good for the pipes and if there is an issue we may pass the charge onto the guest. If the camera is blocked, the guest will be fined and evicted. We will have to keep the security deposit and issue a zero refund. Do NOT block out cameras. Please do not move furniture, clean team will charge us if furniture is moved or if there is damage from moving furniture, $250 fine and any damage to furniture. Please no burning of candles, incense, or anything else in the home. If done, this will be treated as “smoking” in our house rules. Thank you.



Interaction with Guests:

Our concierge team is available from 10am–8pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am–12am Friday and Saturday. Messages received outside of these hours will be addressed promptly the following day. We curate a refined, hands-off experience so you can immerse yourself in comfort and relaxation — with attentive support whenever needed.
