Charming Vail Condo, Hot Tub, Village Bus, Top Floor with Amazing Views.

VIEWS, VIEWS, VIEWS - Affordable, family friendly, two-level, top floor condo, a short walk to the village bus stop with a community hot tub and summer pool. The perfect quiet, but very convenient East Vail location.

Great WIFI, a kitchen stocked with every tool and appliance you need, toys, games for the kids along with the convenience of a market and liquor store on the property. This unit is clearly cared for by its owners and outfitted to offer a relaxing comfortable stay to its guests.

We have five incredibly comfortable queen beds throughout the condo. The spacious living room includes a huge beautiful couch, perfect for relaxing, watching the TV, or playing a game with your friends and family. Enjoy the mountain air and views on our amazing top floor deck outfitted with a gas BBQ grill.

BEDROOMS:
‱ Master Bedroom Suite: Queen Size bed with a private bathroom, pack ‘n play included in closet.
‱ Private 2nd bedroom: Queen size bed
‱ 2nd Master Loft sleeps 3-6: With 3 Queen sized beds. 2 Queens are adult sized custom log bunk beds along with one stand-alone Queen, attached is a private master bathroom.

Did we mention convenience? The Village bus stop is only steps away and not only that but it’s the first stop in East Vail at the end of the day and the last stop before heading to the Village (10 mins) in the morning. Guests receive ONE dedicated parking place and first come first serve guest parking. Just inside the door, find a ski closet to store your gear.

The condo sleeps 8 (5 Queen Beds) but is most comfortable for 6 adults or two small families.

NOTE! This is a top floor condo with two flights of stairs to walk up. No Elevator.

We want you to know we’re doing our part to help our guests stay safe by following recommended cleaning protocols and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in.

Awesome location!

Beautiful place to unwind and relax! Our friends enjoyed the pool and we love the location in Vail! Although there was only one assigned parking spot, we easily found a spot for our second car in “guest parking” each day.

Perfect getaway for the ski slopes

Comfy beds, clean bathrooms, well stocked kitchen - just what we needed to enjoy amazing skiing at Vail. Plenty of fresh snow fell during our stay and we didn't have any issues driving between Vail and the condo or parking. Friendly neighbors too!

Powder Days

We had a great trip out to Vail and enjoyed staying at this condo just down the road from the resort. Using the shuttle for pick up and drop off was easy and a great way to get around. The home had everything we needed including some fun board games and a fireplace for those chilly nights. We never went to the hot tub because it is very small in terms of servicing a bunch of condos but other than that everything was perfect!

Perfect Ski Condo

Amazing Place! Very cozy spot while also enough room for privacy. Beds were comfy, fireplace was great, and had everything else you can need for a ski getaway. Hot Tub was perfect after a day on the slopes just a short walk from the condo. Bus to town is also a few minutes and super convenient! Theres a mini super market and liquor store that's also right next door. Highly recommend and hope to stay again.

Great Value in Vail

Great location - close to mountain and bus. We had a car, but the bus stop is close. Kitchen is well appointed with everything you need. Love the huge loft. Three bathrooms are great if women are joining. The owner is exceptionally responsive. This is our second year and we will come again. The value of this condo is amazing. WiFi works amazing. Laundry in unit. Close to a small market if you forgot anything at the bigger stores. It is at the top of the stairs, but we feel it just adds to the workout!!

Not Charming

When we arrived, the temperature inside was 50 degrees. It took over 3 hours to warm up the place to room temperature. There are 48 steps to carry your suitcases and ski equipment before you get to the front door. Clean? Mediocre at best. The shower drain in one bathroom backs up, and the shower curtain in another is stained yellow. Our second night here, we returned to limited power. Some rooms with full power, others with none. Property manager and a “repair man” showed up in short order; only to spend the time on the phone with someone on the phone walking them through how to diagnose the panel with a volt meter. Shortly thereafter, all of the power went out in the complex. Their response when we asked for an ETA from the power company or alternate arrangements? Use the fireplace, and check with the owner. A great plan for the dead of winter with 3 kids. Oh, and the fireplace - the flue was stuck open, broken by a previous guest and as of yet not fixed. Sure, there is laundry available in the unit, but you’ll discover (after doing a load of wash), that the dryer does nothing but spin the clothes. Count them
.five hour-long dryer cycles to dry 2 towels and 2 pairs of clothes. The complex barely keeps up with the parking lot (no salt on any stairs or anywhere in the lot). Bus stop is not steps away, more like a 5min walk through slippery parking lot and street. If you want to use the hot tub be prepared for another few min walk because it is not right outside of the condo

Great time in Vail

We had our friends from Vegas come out to Colorado to stay with us and this was our first time in Vail as well. Great location, easy to get everywhere. Quiet, nice complex. Market and liquor store within walking distance as well as pool area. The condo was set up with everything you need. Loved the hummingbirds eating all day at the unit next to this one. 2 families of 4 and more than enough room for everyone. Thank you for a great weekend filled with memories.

Vail Property

The property was very nice for the price. It was well equipped and clean. We enjoyed the fire place and the large sofa was accommodating. The hot tub was a disappointment, to far away - a cold walk, always full, not accommodating. The bus is a bit of hike too - but reall all on all a nice older condo.

Relaxing Getaway

This was our first time to Vail, CO. We did NOT want the hustle and bustle of Vail Village so a friend recommended East Vail. This spot was perfect. So quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean and fully stocked with necessities and several extras. We NEVER heard any of the neighbors. Rob (property manager) responded within minutes to the few questions I had. I didn’t have many because there is thorough info in the condo and he sent info a few days before our stay. We would definitely stay here again — and highly recommend it to others. You will NOT be disappointed!

Great Stay in East Vail

We had a great time staying at this property. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was easy to find. The property was as-advertised in the listing. Very convenient walk to the bus stop to get to Vail Village. The owner was very helpful throughout. Definitely recommend!
