Wonderful Spring Break

We had a fantastic stay. My kids loved the pool and the close proximity to some great beaches. The home had everything we needed including beach accessories. We would highly recommend this place to families and had a great experience with Jamie!

Impressive Home

As we walked in the house we were pleasantly surprised by the well designed and decorated home. All bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms are well arranged and very clean. The air in the house is clean and fresh. Garage had beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen and family room have all you need to feel like a home. We were surprised to see all high end hands soaps provided for the guests. Defiantly would return and stay again.

Perfect 2 Week Getaway!

The property was lovely. House was immaculate, nice floor plan with all the necessities renters enjoy. Pool was gorgeous and very private. Neighborhood is quiet, making it easy to relax by the pool, or enjoy the adirondack seating. Comfortable lounge chairs and plenty of pool and beach items. Centrally located to restaurants, night life, shopping. Already choosing dates to stay again next year!

Fun in the Sun

We had a great experience renting this home. It was extremely clean and well decorated. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The water was good from the fridge dispenser. There was salt and pepper in the cupboard and the kitchen was equipped with all needed cooking utensils. The little things made this a great stay. The bikes were nice to ride and lock up at the beach. There were beach towels for use. We felt safe. Jamie was wonderful to work with. Beautiful home. Thank you!

Great House!

The property really suited our family’s needs. The house was super clean and the beds were comfortable. We all loved the heated pool and pool deck area - this is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen is also well appointed. The location of the house is perfect - close to Mercato, 5th Ave Naples, and the beach. Communication with Jamie was great and check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice property

We enjoyed our week long vacation. This house had everything we needed. We had 3 couples & was a perfect size for us. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool was refreshing & clean. Morning coffee for the girls was great out in the pool area. Guys wanted to watch the Master and the TV was good size. Location was good for us. Beach was close & we used bikes a few times. Thank you Jamie for opening your beautiful house to us.

Spring Break

My family and I had a wonderful time in Naples spending some quality family time before our son graduates high school. The house was everything that we had hoped for. The pool was great to have to enjoy after a day at the beach. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee out on the back porch every morning. We just love Naples. Jamie was a great host with wonderful communication. We would definitely stay at this house again and highly recommend to all.

Celebration Center!

We were four sisters coming together for the first time since the pandemic to celebrate a milestone birthday and this was a great spot to do it. Jamie was extremely helpful and kind - even left a bouquet of balloons to help us celebrate! The space was perfect for the 4 of us - we spent every morning and evening poolside. We took advantage of Trader Joe's close by to get our food supply and we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to Wiggins State Park and beaches. Jamie quickly responded and resolved a minor plumbing problem and was great to work with on all fronts. Highly recommend.

Perfect Paradise

Of all the homes we have rented over the years in Florida this was the BEST. The home was welcoming and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed and more. Jamie did apologize for the window treatments that were being replaced .Honestly it was not an issue. Beds super comfortable. Everything was so clean! The fenced backyard and pool was perfect for the days we didn't go to the beach. The beaches are very close and there were chairs, beach towels, and more available to us. I will definitely go back and highly recommend this property.

Great location!

We loved our stay here! Having the pool was wonderful and the location was perfect. We could easily bike to Wiggins beach and Vanderbilt beach. The house was great and Jayme was a great host!

Comfortable + Casual Florida style!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in sunny Naples, in this comfortable home. We especially enjoyed the private heated pool, with all the floaties and nice chaise lounge chairs. Great location close to the beach and also our favorite dining/shopping area - Mercato. Jamie was very attentive and cares to ensure his guests enjoy his home. Would definitely come back. Appreciated no issues with the WiFi as I had a number of zoom calls. A nice touch to have a small work desk in the primary bedroom - quiet but with a beautiful view of the pool. Lovely home.

Beautiful family weekend in Naples

The property was very clean, beautiful and big. It had everything we needed for our stay. The location was great, very close to the beach and walking distance to the shops. For us was a very special family weekend. We chose this house, because we wanted to avoid people with the resurgence of Covid and also we wanted to have a private and intimate getaway, We can tell, in this beautiful house we met those goals. I totally recomend this property.

Wonderful home in a great location

The home was exactly as advertised. The location of the home was great. The home was clean and well stocked. The private pool was a bonus!! Jamie the host was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a clean property in a great location to beaches, shopping and restaurants this is the place for you. Remember the private pool is a bonus! Swim anytime you want in privacy. Neighbors also seemed nice. We will come back to Naples again and will definitely stay here.

stunning and cozy get away home

The home was cozy and met all of our families wants and needs. The kids enjoyed the pool. Water was warm and big enough for 3 kids. Rooms are spacious and accommodating for all of our things. The host is easy to get a hold of and answered all questions and needs attentively. We would definitely stay here again.
