The unit was well taken care of and located in an excellent place for getting to the beach and to places to eat. The hosts have provided for items for the beach (including beach chairs) and items for both children and adults in the unit.
We stayed for 14 days, the condo is well maintained and appointed. The owner is easy to contact and responsive. We have stayed at other locations on St Augustine Beach, some even charge excessive fees to park. This is by far the best place we have stayed. Highly recommended!!
The property was great! Didnât have to wait for elevators like in a high rise condo. This unit was the perfect size for our family.
We loved the pool and the families we met there. We would definitely stay there again.
My wife and i have nothing but great things to say about the condo, the complex and the entire area..... 10 mins into historic area....... we really enjoyed ourselves.
I did enjoy our stay at this location. The condo was clean and had enough space for me and my families. I liked that the beach was just across the road and it had a number of restaurants right on the main that was really good. I will definitely stay there again.
Everyone in our party loved this property and location. We were close to everything: beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the farmers market across the streetâsuper sweet fruits and fresh vegetables and baked goods. Easy 12 minute drive into downtown historical St. Augustine. We will be back!
Couldn't have been happier with this stay. Excellent location, beautiful property, accessible for my handicapped family members and very clean and cozy. Would 100% recommend.
It was a beautiful condo with plenty of room for my family. The location was awesome as we could walk to Salt Life, Sunset grill and there was some great pizza directly across from the entrance. Beach is only a block away and my boys loved the pool with the ducks and turtles right on the walk to it. Overall 10/10
Our week at the beach couldnât have been better. The condo was beautiful and more spacious than I expected. The location was amazing and the balcony was super peaceful. It was also very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate a family of
seven. We had so much fun and would gladly stay again next time we come to the area!
Loved this place, exactly as described. Pool was so nice. Close proximity to shops and good food...you could easily walk to many. A few of our favorites... Crabby's, Island Donuts and Antonio's.Make sure to visit historical St Augustine. Our favorite place, hands down,Mantanzas Inlet, one of the most beaches that I have seen. Worth the short 20 minute drive. Thanks Tom for that recommendation...and for your hospitality.
Very happy with our stay...we were only a short walk to the beautiful beach and many restaurants. The Condo was beautifully decorated and the king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious...especially the master bath. There was everything you needed to spend time on the beach...including beach towels and chairs. The Kitchen was well supplied with dishes and pots and pans and utensils. If planning to do a lot of cooking, you will need to bring your own spices and seasonings. They do have a Keurig on site, but no complementary K-cups or sugar.
I would definitely stay here again!!
This condo was perfect for our family of 6. Itâs an easy walk to the beach and many restaurants. The pool is very nice, although a little small for the number of units in the complex. The only thing that could use some work is the bed in the main bedroom. The mattress sags in the middle, and the foot of the bed is a bit higher than the head. But it wouldnât stop me from staying there again. The owner was very responsive when we had questions.
This was my graduation trip that was made into a family vacation in St. Augustine. The unit and property were lovely. Very spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. We had the basics for everything we needed, in an perfect location. Just a short walk to the pool, beach, food, a few shops, and a quick store. We were not far from old St. Augustine for great shopping, history, and dining. We were like 3 mins from the Anastasia Baptist church where the graduation was being held. Good times were had and memories made. Pretty much a perfect spot! Thank you to the owner for being very responsive and for allowing us to stay.
This room is very spacious and has a great floor plan. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. There were chairs for the beach along with beach toys and towels ( we brought our own because we didnât know ) It was extremely clean and comfortable. Lots of closet space and beautiful decor. If you have little kids the balcony has bars they canât get through. Beds were comfortable. It is one of the nicest condos I have stayed in. The only downside is a walk to the beach or you can drive on the beach. We chose to drive so we could haul all our things down easily. Great placeâŠGreat family vacayđ
The property was beautiful and so was our room, however we were very disappointed that the pool closed from Tuesday through Saturday during our stay. My grandchildren were very disappointed since they enjoy the pool so much. They said it had black algae but I think it could have been done quicker. I doubt if we will come back due to this. The owner of our condo said the pool had closed down before so obviously they are not checking the chemical levels close enough.
The location was great, in walking distance to restaurants and Ritaâs. The size of the condo was great but it felt like everything was falling apart. The mattresses were all uncomfortable, no support, I could feel the springs and there is a low spot in the master bed. Pillows were all flat and have seen better days. The living room furniture is worn out, can feel the wood below the cushions. I was a little disappointed in the condo tbh. It has great potential but it fell short in many ways.
The trash can was broken, the soap dispenser was broken, the master shower door was hard to open and close. If the mattresses and the couches and the few little things were addressed this would be a great place. You can barely see the ocean from the balcony.
I'm Tom Sites and my wife Donna and I purchased our wintertime vacation home this past fall. We met at Flagler College in St. Augustine in 1989. Even though we left St. Augustine in 1992 for our life together in the mid-Atlantic region, St. Augustine would always be a special place to us. We reside in Roxanna, DE, just outside Ocean City, MD. We plan to enjoy our property in the winter months while renting in spring, summer, and parts of the fall. We spent a lot of time this winter renovating the unit. Most of the rooms have been freshly painted and we upgraded all of the furnishings. We are excited to rent our unit this season and look forward to hearing from our guests.
After living in St. Augustine Beach for years in the 1990's we have a lot of memories of the town and a good idea of where we wanted to buy. This unit truly fell into our lap and we knew immediately it was the one for us. The location really sets it apart. The third floor has the best views and with an elevator on-site, it isn't a problem for guests with mobility issues. The pond view is spectacular but what really sets this unit apart is the sunset and the sunrise. This side of the complex receives sun all day during the cooler months. The mood in the unit and the warmth of the sun on the balcony makes for true outdoor living. Once again, location is the reason we wanted to purchase in Seaside at Anastasia. You can walk to a number of fine restaurants, a convenience store right behind us, and of course, the beach is just across the street. As a surfing family, the pier and the break on 16th street is one of the best in town. I'm always in the water with my boys, surfing St. Augustine Beach with the mild water temps and consistent waves. This is a fabulous place to live and vacation!
The clubhouse and the pool are just steps away from the unit. The pool is heated, so no matter what time of year, the water is always invited. The small gym is located inside the the clubhouse and provides for a nice workout while vacationing. The pond views are also fantastic!
