This beachfront unit is the perfect place for your family beach vacation! This laid-back two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit features tile throughout, flat-screen TVs in the living room & bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and a corner balcony with a direct ocean view. New mattresses bought in May 2023.
The spacious living room features a large flat-screen tv, queen sleeper sofa, and beach view. The dining area offers a table with seating for four and a bar with seating for two. The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and the laundry area offers a full-size washer and dryer.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen tv, beach view, and private bath with a shower/tub combo. The guestroom has a queen bed, flat-screen tv, and private access to the guest bathroom which offers a shower/tub combo. The hallway features a built-in twin over twin bunk that kids will love! Important Things To Note:

* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
* Parking pass fee is included in the cleaning fee and will be in your unit upon arrival. Parking Passes are $30 per vehicle per stay. Max of two vehicles allowed. Prices subject to change.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (American's with Disabilities Act).
* Service dogs must be with the owner at all times and is not allowed to stay in the unit alone.
* According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
