Private beach access to the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, and directly across the street to the iconic Señor Frogs and Sharky's restaurant! Located 1 mile from the shops, restaurants, and attractions of Pier Park, walk to Gulf World, and a short drive to many of our sports complexes!

This unit offers a King bed and Queen sleeper sofa. Full kitchenette with essentials.

Very short walking distance and right next to Sharkey's. We were walking distance to a lot of places. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was great, but we had 4 people and we each had to use the same towel for 4 nights. Other than that, perfect space for a quick trip with a few friends. The bed was super comfortable!

This studio was cute and clean. The large tv with lots of channels to choose from was a life saver the storm raged around us! The nest day the weather improved and we were out about in this beautiful community.

Clean, Convenient, and Overall a Great Place to Stay

Our stay was wonderful. As we got to the condo we went straight to our rooms and got our packet full of items. The check in process was very lenient as we did not have to check in with the front desk. After we collect our items we went out to the parking garage to load our things. I love that it was a convenient walk to the beach and the pool was very well kept. This place was awesome and we would definitely stay again. There are so many restaurants you can walk to and pier park is less than a mile away. 10/10 would recommend.

PCB is a great place to relax, eat and get outside.

The unit could use some updates. The couch was not great to relax on. The packet should have info about the amenities of the building. Bathroom door is really loud opening and closing. It's a good room just needs some TLC.

Excellent stay and super clean

We loved the cabin and our stay. We are pretty strict on cleanliness and we were impressed with how clean the cabin was. The cabin was safe for our 6 year old and 9 year old who also enjoyed the pool table upstairs and the hot tube on the back porch. The view was incredible and the neighborhood was nice, quiet, and private. We were close enough to the downtown area to where it was a short drive but just far enough away to bypass traffic. All in all, we will be planning to stay in this cabin again for our next mountain trip. The host, Michael, was very proactive with sending the cabin information early, giving suggestions on routes to take, and was very quick to respond to any questions that I had via email and cell phone. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at the Smokey Mountain Dreams cabin.

Overall, the property was really nice. As in previous reviews, there really isn’t any counter space for prepping, but was depicted this way in the pictures. Communication with Theresa was awesome. My only recommendation would be to purchase some new sheets. The ones on the bed are pilling and are scratchy.

Clean and great location. Only thing I wished was different was the kitchen. Literally No counter space at all and so prepping food was very difficult. But it’s a studio and so it is what it is. Other than that, nice place. Thanks!

Very nice studio

We have stayed at Origin once before so we were familiar with the property. It is very conveniently located right across from the beach. Our unit was decorated in a nice coastal theme and had most everything we needed. This unit does not overlook the front of the building (beach side) but we still enjoyed our time on the balcony. It has a very comfortable bed which was a huge plus. We also loved the quilt set that was on the bed. We liked the size of the refrigerator. It was large enough to hold all of our food and drinks. The unit was very clean. We discovered that the West elevators were the best ones from our unit and they were never crowded. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Quick Couple Getaway

It was a last minute trip. It was so easy to get book! Literally, booked at 2pm on Friday checked in at noon on Saturday! Theresa was absolutely wonderful!!! We had planned to stop midway on our drive down and stay but could not find any place so I messaged and Theresa was able to get the unit cleaned and turned around for us to be able to check in early!! This was so much appreciated!! It is a great place for a couple. There is not much counter space to prepare any food or drinks. The pool is beautiful, the sunset and sunrise too decks are a must see. For parking, try the side lot. We had better luck there than we did in the garage.
