Since your visit, we’ve taken several steps to address the issues mentioned. We’ve repainted the home, added more beds and Smart TVs, and installed additional ceiling fans to help keep the entire house cool and comfortable. We’ve also restocked the kitchen with plenty of glasses and silverware for large groups—though it's possible some items were overlooked in the cabinets during your stay. As for the water, we do provide filtered water for guests upon arrival, but like many short-term rentals, we don’t replenish it for the entire stay. We also avoid supplying spices, as we want to be cautious about potential allergies and liability for guests' safety. Regarding the cleanliness concerns, we've addressed this with our cleaning team to ensure all linens, including blankets and comforters, are thoroughly washed between every guest. We've also reviewed our communication process to improve responsiveness and follow-up with guest requests. We value all guest feedback, as it helps us improve, and while we’re sorry to hear you won’t be returning, we hope you'll reconsider in the future to experience the improvements we've made.
