Our home offers convenient single-level living and is located in a safe, charming neighborhood just 20 miles from DFW Airport. This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home features a spacious primary suite with a king-sized bed, smart TV, luxurious ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double sinks, and a large walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms each include a queen-sized bed, closet, and dresser. The shared full hallway bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
In the main living area, you’ll find a comfortable space with a TV and a gas fireplace—perfect for staying cozy during the cooler months in Texas. The home also boasts natural light throughout, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy front porch, and a private fenced backyard with patio furniture for relaxing or entertaining outdoors.

Guests have full access to the entire home, as well as the community’s HOA amenities. The HOA amenities feature a 10-acre pool complex with seven pools—including a Junior Olympic lap pool, two tot pools, two water slides, a water playground—plus a fitness center, tennis courts, volleyball courts, and much more.
After your reservation is confirmed, and if you plan to use the HOA amenities, we will prepare a lease covering your booked dates. You’ll need to bring a copy of the lease along with your driver’s license to the Playhouse for access. Anyone who wishes to use the facilities must be listed on the lease.
Guests are responsible for the access fees charged by the HOA:
-Adult access cards: $20 each
-Children/teen cards: $15 each
