What a fantastic stay! The home was clean and oh so charming!! The beams overhead made us feel like we were in a story book. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed to cook breakfast daily and several dinners! The host was so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. The concrete floor was perfectly pet friendly! I don’t think it’s mentioned in the details, but this home is quite accessible for anyone with limited mobility. Two of us arrived with recent knee injuries, and were thankful not only for having 2 bedrooms on the main floor, but both downstairs showers were zero entry. Also, the shower in the master bath was massive! There is a tub upstairs if needed for kids or if you want to take a bath. The pool was private and such a nice amenity it was also cleaned several times during our visit. Beach access was very close and having the golf cart made hauling gear a breeze! It’s a little tricky to find the home as you will turn onto gravel roads that appear to be driveways, but if you use GPS, you should get there with no issues. Of note, those roads can be a little bumpy as well. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and plan to return as many times as we can!

This house was perfect for our family for fall break. The location was close to everything and the golf cart made it super easy to get back and forth to the beach. I highly recommend!

Very nice getaway quite place to stay

Place was as advertised pool was very nice and inside had everything thing you could need. Beds we’re comfortable and having a golf cart made a big difference when it came time to go out and eat. Close to beach if you want to go. Would highly recommend this place.

2nd time staying!

Absolutely love this house! It was our second time staying in it and we love the location! The house is beautiful and well kept up with. It’s so nice having a private pool to be able to relax in after the beach:) will continue to return!

Amazing Experience!

We had such an unbelievable time on this trip. The house was amazing and the property management team was super responsive to all asks and questions. I highly recommend this stay and we will definitely be coming back in the near future.

Winter’s End

This is a beautiful home with all the amenities you need. We really enjoy our time here. The pool and golf cart were great perks. Location was perfect and close to everything.

Our favorite place to stay!

I really can’t recommend this property enough! It’s gorgeous and close to everything but without the extra noise! Customer service with the host was amazing. Very clean and the pool was an absolute perfect amenity for after the beach! We will be back soon!

This was a great location to the beach. Short walk or lsv ride to the beach. Beach was not very crowded which was a plus. Having a pool was great and it was so nice to have our dog at the house. All of the Beds were so so uncomfortable (including the master). TVs need to be updated. Had quite a few issues that management tried to fix. The Lady named Keanna really tried to make things right but im assuming on her day off a guy from management came by to fix things and then just disappeared and never returned. One of the dishwashers was broken the entire time and was never fixed. We didn’t have hot water for the first few days and floors were pretty sandy upon arrival. There were also ants in the kitchen. I really wanted to love this place but updates need to be made!

Beautiful home on cute street. Great location - easy to get to the beach. Layout was great. Make sure pool heater is working if that is important to you!

The perfect spot on 30A

I’ll rent this specific home again in the future. It’s location is impeccable (steps from beach access), and it has all the amenities one could ask for. Beautiful place. Property management responded to any and all of my needs and questions. This is short and sweet but not much else needs to be said. Incredible home.

Good for both beach and Seaside

The location was good for the beach because the beach access at San Juan is less crowded than closer in to Seagrove/Seaside. It's also good for Seaside by bike. The doors to the pool all had chimes we could toggle on which helped with pool child safety. We had the pool heated in November and the temperature was excellent and warm.

Full beds are much too small.

Spring Break

The house was perfect for our family! The heated pool was a huge hit for the kids and a must if you're there in the spring. One issue was that there were no instructions on turning the fountains on and had to have someone come out to turn them on for us (day 3). So, you may want to request that they are turned on prior to your arrival. We also wanted to use the fireplace on the chilly spring nights but were told they were for owner use only.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect for our family. My only complaint was that the exterior cleanliness of this property lacked in so many ways. We actually thought the cleaning folks had not cleaned with toys and dirt everywhere on the outside upon our arrival. The inside of the house met our expectations.

BEST FAMILY VACATION HOME!!

We had three families stay comfortably in this home and found the setup to be PERFECT for the kids and toddlers! Having the pool in the center of the home made for easy entertainment and relaxing without ever having to leave home. The golf cart and bikes made getting to the beach super convenient. The location of this home is minutes away from great shopping and dining. There aren’t enough words to describe how great our stay was! We can’t wait to go back!!

Convenient and Spacious

Our second time in this home and it did not disappoint. Family with the baby had nice spacious master. Upstairs rooms only have one bath - and not connected, only downside. Other bedroom on main floor has a queen. Full kitchen with everything you could want. Pool was used every day and enjoyed by all - small enough for the youngsters and the area was spacious and comfy. Shower just outside the laundry is a perfect location. TV's in all bedrooms and living. WiFi available. 4 bikes and golf cart for 4 - terrific
