Enjoy beautiful Ocean views, Sunrise and Sunset from your Own Private Juliet Balcony, Picnic area and the Pool Deck.(unfortunately the pools and pool deck are closed due to ongoing renovations). The complex offers a large size Pool and a kiddie Pool, WiFi, Cable TV and a Laundry Room. Conveniently located off Speedway International next to the World's Most Famous Beach sign. Within walking distance to Restaurants, Shops and Amusements that surrounds the Daytona Beach Boardwalk.
Amazing Views Of The Ocean From our 2nd floor Living Room and Juliet Balcony (great for standing not sitting). Fully renovated 1 bedroom (there is no door between the bedroom and living room) with newer everything. Cable TV with 60+ channels and free WiFi are included. New furniture, an 82" Couch, Coffee Table with Lift Top for work space, New 55" 4K Ultra HD Roku Smart LED TV in the living room. Two full size double beds, Night stand and Lamp with 4 USB ports. New 40" Roku LED Smart TV in the bedroom. New kitchen with Retro looking appliances, Cook-top, Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, Keurig coffee maker, bottle water, All dishes, Utensils, Pots and Pans, Linens, Towels, Toiletries (Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap) and Blow Dryer in the bathroom.
The complex has surveillance system in the common areas and there also is a Ring peephole door bell cam on the unit front door for guests safety.

Less Than 10 Miles, Is The Ponce Inlet Water Sports.
This is a Vintage Ocean front hotel in iconic Daytona Beach. If you are expecting a high end hotel/condo this is not it. If you want the best location in Daytona Beach then this is for you. We are very close to the convention center, Boardwalk, The band shell, Main Street, Restaurants and shops. Daytona Beach is NOT a high end beach city...it is a budget friendly city with beautiful beaches and views. It’s very easy to get around to all the events that bring guests to Daytona Beach.

Unfortunately the pools are closed due to ongoing renovations.
The Daytona Inn Beach Resort is an older Building that is going through an exterior concrete remodeling process. Our condo interior is clean and not affected by the exterior construction work but some noise, construction equipment and activity is expected from April 2020 thru 2022 Monday thru Friday from 8AM - 4PM. There is a possibility some days there will not be access to the pool. Beach access will not be interrupted.
While our buildings go thru this makeover, we as private owners can offer you a budget friendly and super clean condo in one of the best locations in Daytona Beach, right at the World's Most Famous Beach! If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me prior to booking.

Cleaning fee

I thought the cleaning fee was WAY HIGH! I always leave every place I stay the way I found or better. Just like I did this time. So much of it was under construction, the ceiling popcorn was on the floor when I walked it and you could not find a local station on the tv. I took many pics of the discrepancies and the way I left the place, Clean. I would stay again but would rather be shown what it really looks like as opposed to the pretty stuff only. The tee pee holder was broken off the wall, the tub was rusty. So like I said I’d stay again without the cleaning fee. I have pictures if you want to see.

Amazing!

This was a trip celebrating my birthday and graduating, and I would 1000% do it again! Great space very clean and nice looks just like the pictures! Knowing the construction was going on still very peaceful no loud noises and easy access to the beach still! The location was just amazing my cousin and I walked everywhere! To the beach, restaurant, stores, the pier, Daytona lagoon etc.! Such an amazing location! Anytime I had a question, they answer very quickly and they did check in making sure our stay was great, which it was! Would 100% book again!

Great for the price

The condo is very cute, fun retro-themed decor and appliances. Beds were surprisingly comfortable. Bathroom nice and clean, just the shower spicket was a little "iffy" had difficulty turning it on and to the right temperature, but overall it was okay. Reinaldo was very easy to reach and communicate with and responded quickly to any messages. The one big drawback was no direct access to the beach. It was clearly stated that the pool was closed due to repairs, but it was not noted that there was no direct walkway to the beach. We had to walk out to the street and down to the corner and take the road to the beach.

Convenient to the beach

If you are looking to be right by the beach this property would work for you. However, the description said it included pods for the keurig, it did not. It also said it would have soda in the coke machine and it didn’t. There was no extra toilet paper but the manager brought some right away. There was a dog that barked nonstop in the next room. The bathroom could use some updating especially new grout around the tub.

Cute retro decor; rough around the edges

We booked here for an inexpensive stay near the Ocean Center. A comfortable enough place with adequate amenities and cooking equipment and dishes/utensils. “Rough around the edges” means finish work on the reno was definitely DIY. For example, bathroom wall fixtures and shower water controls were very wobbly. This did not detract from the functionality of the place, instead the jerry-rigged nature of it was amusing. Beds are very comfortable.Nice view of the beach and access just around the corner. One section of the building was being renovated, but this didn’t affect us. Very polite and friendly cleaning and maintenance staff and contractors. Host was always responsive.

Pretty poor experience

Upon arrival, I was met with a strong cigarette smell that never went away, the property manager said they would get an air purifier but it was never delivered. After a few days I started noticing there were a few roaches running around. The wifi did not work well. Parking was a hassle and if I left in my car I might not be able to find a spot when I returned. I’m very disappointed with my stay and I wouldn’t recommend this condo.

Roaches

The location was good for us. The place was okay besides the fact there was roaches. Once that was discovered, pretty quickly bc theres a ton, we were pretty bummed. Actually, we could smell the roach spray as soon as we walked in the door. kind of just accepted it bc we didnt have any more money for another place to stay. 2 days later, im doing dishes, and water starts pouring from under the sink. The left side was stopped up soaking dishes. Water had been leaking from the seal. Other side of the sink, the pipes were completely disconnected so water was everywhere after the bucket they had under it over flowed. I screwed the pipe back together and at that point reached out to renaldo. I let him know about the leaks and roaches. He claimed it had been "quite some time" since roahces had been seen. No way. Way too many for all that. Also apparently no knowledge on the leaks or pipes. Anyway, he brushed me off to someone else who then offered to move us a few doors down but would have to be out a day early. We declined. We didnt want to move all of our stuff just to discover roaches there also and have to leave early. Overall, we enjoyed being right on the beach, but theres roaches. Also, sucks to pay a "cleaing fee" for a place full of bugs

Unexpected events

The place was great I loved it but the area left alot to be desired. I was even an unwanted witness to police involved events that I wish I hadn’t. And the neighbors were very rude. This isn’t their fault I realize this but I’m giving my honest opinion.

Beautiful view, soft beds. Loved the retro theme. Balcony is small but serves it's purpose. All in all it was just what we needed. The construction didn't bother us that much

Great place to stay in Daytona

Love the property, everything was as described, knew there was construction going on and it was hardly noticeable. Owner was a great communicator and I would have no issue (and look forward) to staying here again. If you're on the fence, don't be, you won't regret staying here.
