Great stay in a studio ocean view. Everything was perfect. The one pool was under construction so only 2 pools open during our stay over Thanksgiving.

Brandon made the process seamless. We knew all the information about check in and checkout. Even though we had to change rooms because there was an overlap when our arrival times, the hotel was very accommodating. It was so seamless that it made the trip that much more enjoyable. The added amenities in the room were wonderful. Great job!

Excellent experience

Room was just as advertised. location was great with easy access to all resort amenities and other locations in ko olina. The manager was responsive to questions. The check in process at the Marriott was painfully slow with limited attendants helping check people in while the line wrapped around the lobby. If you check in at a higher volume time (near 4pm when rooms open up) expect to wait a while.

Beautiful property

The resort was beautiful but we could see an industrial port from our lanai. There are 2 other resorts within walking distance and a shopping area with a couple of restaurants and a few shops. Otherwise the location is a bit remote.

Excellent Resort

The Marriott Ko Olina is a wonderful place to say. The lagoons are great to swim in, some of them busier than others but none as crowded as Waikiki. I would recommend renting a car for your trip if you plan on exploring as Ko Olina is about 20 minutes from Honolulu and I would imagine Uber rides would add up quick. Def parking is free which is a huge advantage over Honolulu hotels which sometimes want up to $50/night to park. Brandon is quick to reply to questions and did great grabbing this room for our staying during a busy season. Thanks!

Everything was as described in the listing. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of storage, the check-in process was easy and quick (but it helps to arrive at night), and the property looked just like the photos. We had a Mountain View that also overlooked the pools and greenery. Staff was friendly.

Amazing resort property

The room had everything we needed for just the two of us: ocean view, king bed with sitting area, spacious bathroom, and kitchenette. The property had a bbq area that was super convenient for nights we didn’t want to eat out. The property was jaw dropping! Beautiful private beach lagoon, pools to cater for all interests, and prime location just a short drive to Waikiki and all sight seeing destinations. The booking and check in process was a breeze! We can’t wait to visit again!

Perfect Hawaiian Vacation

The Marriott Ko Olina is the perfect place to stay while on Oahu. It's centrally located if you want to see the north shore or Honolulu and Waikiki. The resort has so much to do. World class golf across the street or a premier beach just steps away from the room. We couldn't have asked for more.

Would Stay Again

Overall great experience. Although the unit listed in the original ad, was not the actual unit we ended up staying in (the one initially listed was $200 cheaper), the ad did mention that it was a possibility that the unit listed may not be available. Some travelers may be frustrated by this, but if you read the entire post, this should not be a surprise. Brandon communicated this during the initial communication w/us and we appreciated the upfront transparency. I look forward to staying again.

Great spot

We really enjoyed this resort- very comfortable and relaxing. The room had a little fridge and microwave with plates, etc. so that came in handy. We explored the island from here and did a snorkeling trip by just walking to the marina down the path. Amazing!

Great Resort & Value

This was a great stay for us. The resort is very family friendly and the lagoon was excellent. My only critique would be the clarity of the pools. 2 out of the 3 could have had a cleaner look to them. The reflection pool (more of an adults pool/no jumping and screaming) was crystal clear while the other two were a bit murky. Overall, it was a great place and I would recommend it based on the value.

We were told they had 365 families checking in the same day as us. We stood in line approximately 45-60 minutes to check in. Seems like they would have had a few more employees working the check in process.

Perfect pandemic get away

Our VRBO host has been excellent. Quick communication & very accommodating. Our stay at the Marriott has been fantastic. We felt care was taken for COVID sanitation and felt completely safe. Our room was wonderful in size, kitchen supplies, cleanliness and lanai views. I recommend a stay!
