Conveniently located in the small town of Coloma, Michigan, this property is just minutes away from the beautiful Lake Michigan. This property is the perfect place to spend an eventful family getaway. You get that small town vibe while enjoying some of Michigan's most popular summer beach destinations (South Haven, Saint Joseph, Etc.).

The house sleeps 22 people. If you are caught with more than the approved number of guests, you will be subject to a penalty and be asked to leave the premise at the owners discretion.

This house contains 7 bedrooms, equipped with 8 beds (3 King beds, 5 Queen beds). There are 5 full bathrooms throughout the house and a beautiful updated kitchen with stainless steal appliances (note: the fridge is not connected to the water line so water & ice are NOT provided. It is the guests responsibility to bring water and ice for the duration of their stay). There are 2 large dining tables located near the kitchen that will allow for up to 16 people with 2 additional barstools at the kitchen island.

The house has a family room with a large couch and 60" TV connected to satellite. The room is surrounded by windows so you get a great view of the beautiful midwest landscape while enjoying the coziness of the home.

There is also a living room with a large couch, fireplace, and a 60" TV connected to satellite. The living room is connected to the one-of-a-kind 65'x35' deck for easy accessibility.

The basement is 50’ by 20’, complete with a large couch, 60” TV connected to satellite, a ping pong table, and foosball table.

One of the coolest additions to the house is the indoor turf field. A large 65' by 35' heated room with concrete walls and performance turf. This room, equipped with 2 miniature soccer goals, is the ideal place for the kids to run around and enjoy the liberty of playing sports without the worry of causing any damage.

Finally, the 65'x35' deck is the perfect place to sunbathe, hang out, or enjoy an outdoor meal. Located at the top of a hill, the deck overlooks the wide open 19-acres, with views of the outdoor basketball court, the pond, and nearby vineyards. It allows near-360 views of the beautiful Michigan landscape at all times of the year.

The house comes equipped with a backup generator in the event of a power outage.

We kindly ask that you refrain from loud amplified music, larger events, or excessive noise outside of the house. We have a great relationship with our neighbors and want to maintain it.

Minimum age of primary renter must be 30. No smoking allowed on the property.

No High School or College Parties at all, this home is made for families! Outdoor quiet time begins at 10:00 pm, no exceptions.
