À propos de cet hébergement

Venez profiter des superbes plages du sud-ouest du Michigan, nombreuses à moins de 12 minutes en voiture. Les deux plages principales sont Silver Beach qui est située à St. Joseph et South Beach qui est située à South Haven, avec de nombreuses autres autour de la région. Notre maison est nichée dans un cadre calme. Luxe 2 chambres une suite parentale, et (2e est une chambre à aire ouverte) peut accueillir 3 avec un espace supplémentaire pour des matelas pneumatiques pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 13 personnes. Profitez de votre propre terrasse privée au-dessus de la piscine. Propriété très privée avec beaucoup d'espace pour les enfants. La location dispose également d'une table de billard, d'une table de ping-pong, et il y a aussi des paniers de basket pour les enfants. Buanderie sur place. Animaux de moins de 50 livres bienvenus avec dépôt de garantie supplémentaire. Il y a 3 logements séparés. Nos invités sont dans l'aile ouest décrite ci-dessus. L'aile est est une entrée totalement séparée. Nous vivons parfois dans une suite de belle-mère dans le côté Extrême-Orient de la propriété. Nous vivons habituellement sur notre bateau les week-ends d'été. Nous revenons à la maison pour vérifier le bon nombre d'invités qui s'enregistrent, pour nous assurer qu'il correspond au montant payé.
Étant donné que la propriété mesure 14 000 pieds carrés, nous fournissons des caméras extérieures et de garage, vous pouvez surveiller à partir de votre propre téléviseur 36 pouces. C'est ainsi que vous savez toujours où se trouvent vos amis et votre famille. Ils peuvent être devant, sur le côté ou dans la cour arrière. Ils peuvent être sur le terrain de basket ou dans la piscine. Ce n'est PAS censé être un poste de sauveteur. Assurez-vous de bien surveiller vos invités lorsqu'ils nagent. Aucun sauveteur JAMAIS en service. Certains carrés sont noirs là où il y avait des caméras intérieures. VRBO ne leur permet pas d'entrer dans l'espace de vie. bien sûr, profitez de tous vos événements sportifs préférés sur différents téléviseurs jusqu'à 80 pouces, même au bord de la piscine.

Guys Golf Trip

This was our second year staying at this great property for a 12 man golf outing and has everything you need and more for a great weekend . Keith the owner of this property is great host will definitely be back again!!!!

Family vacation at the Palace

We had a fantastic time at the Palace. The property is spacious, and we had plenty of room for our family. There was plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the family immensely enjoyed the pool. The water was warm, and the kids were swimming at 9am in the morning. I would highly recommend the Palace as a vacation destination.

Fun way to spend a weekend

Plenty of space for a large group. Warm and inviting interior and plenty of outdoor space with a nice pool. We had a lot of fun as a group and can see ourselves coming back if available

Extended family get away

Pool was great! Lots of space to spread out. Plenty of outdoor seating. Kids really enjoyed the pool table and video game machine. Plenty of kitchen gadgets and dishes to cook for and feed large group.

Family Christmas in June at the Compound!

Beautiful Property, Very Clean, and had everything we needed for our stay! We had 15 in our group and pets and there was plenty of space for all! We Loved the Pool and the layout of the access to the refrigerator and freezer next to the pool. The upstairs was a great gathering spot for everyone with the billiards table, 80" TV, huge couch and massage chair. I definitely would reccomend this Property for 2 people or Large Groups!!

Great Stay!

This please was perfect for a big family to stay. We had 12 adults and 2 children and we fit perfectly. The extra loft above the garage is beautiful and a great place for everyone to hang out if it’s raining with games, tv, massage chair, and pool table. When the weather was nice, we had a spacious pool area with a grill and plenty of chairs. The host, Keith, was very responsive with any questions that we had and the place was clean when we arrived. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent Getaway Location

We had a great time. The property was clean, well furnished, and comfortable. The host was available when we needed assistance or had questions. It wasn't too far from St. Joseph/Benton Harbor area so we were able to pop in and out for some shoreline fun. I would definitely seek out this property again should I look at being in the area.

Great Place to Stay in Colomo, MI

We all had a great time at this property, which was enormous. Two kitchens, which was incredible. Keith was very proactive in his communication with us and incredibly responsive with any questions we had. The property had everything we needed to feel like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Keith, for a great stay!

This was a family trip for our 50th anniversary. We had a great long weekend. The property was close to Lake Michigan and quiet. Our Hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We enjoyed all of the amenities.

Creepy cameras and drunk Host just showed up uninvited

I stayed here with a group of women for a bachelorette party and I would not recommend that anyone stay here. There are cameras all over the property that are just super creepy. The host claims it is for our safety, but there is no proof he is not watching them. The host showed up on our first night extremely intoxicated when a group of women were in the hot tub. He made a comment about “dropping his pants” and said he wanted to provide shots from his “private liquor cabinet” and needed “one girl to come up with him to get the alcohol." It was nothing short of unacceptable. When I asked the host to leave, he walked across the lawn and entered the same house we were staying in, just from separate entrance. He was on the other side of a wall from us. I called VRBO immediately, to which they told me the host should NOT be on the property unless they are there to correct an issue and you have communicated with the host about their presence. They attempted to contact the host and his wife, but were unsuccessful. The only solution VRBO had for me was to “leave the property” or to “call the authorities if I felt unsafe”. The host showed up the next morning still drunk and gave an insincere apology, all while still overstaying his welcome. The only thing that saved our weekend was 1. The host finally left Friday afternoon and said he wouldn’t be back until Sunday and 2. His son who we met when he came to mow the lawn, was extremely kind and respectful. Do not stay at this property.

Great spot with a lot of amenities

We had a 3 generation group stay at this place was great! It’s a 4 bedroom house, with an attached garage with an apartment above it. The apartment has a bedroom and open area with bunk beds and the owners spared no expense with the appliances and things to do there. There are definitely quirks to be expected with this being a private owner vs a management company but nothing was a big deal and we’re used to seeing those quirks being frequent rental/vrbo users. The only major complaint we had was the grill. I read reviews that it wasn’t great but assumed it had been replaced. We had 3 generations of grillers trying to get it going and it ended up blowing flames out the front onto my husbands clothes which were ruined. It also was SUPER gross with leftover meat on the grates. So I wouldn’t use the grill and definitely don’t let kids around it if you do. Keith was incredibly responsive and helpful anytime we needed him. There is a business on the property but I’m surprised by the reviews complaining about that because we never saw anyone unless we used the basketball hoops on that separate driveway. So just an FYI

Great spot for the family

We visited here as a family reunion. The home is fantastic for our multigenerational getaway. Keith was responsive to any questions and was quick to stop by to help. This home had everything that we didn't even need to go to the beach!

Kids had fun

The kids loved swimming all the time! They live and operate a business on the property. This was our first experience with this at a vrbo. Things are separate, was just different for us. Also would like to have seen instructions printed and wifi posted.

Such an amazing time!!!

Me and my friends stayed here for a bachelorette party and had the best weekend ever! The house was beyond gorgeous and clean, and the pool and hot tub were so much fun! So much room to sleep and get ready which was nice. We never had to leave the property but did for a night out at the owners restaurant. We had an absolute blast with incredible service. Keith was so easy to get in touch with and was super helpful at all times. 10/10 recommend and would go back

Great Place for Family Gathering

This a great place to have a family gathering. There are lots of amenities to please all the age groups from small children to adults. The place is huge and as well stocked as any VRBO I have ever been to. The kitchen(s) have every imaginable appliance, pots, pans, cookware etc. Even a crazy amount of spices to don't bother bringing any. The only things to be aware of is 1) The grill does not work properly. It only has one burner out of 6 that gets a flame due to the others being rusted out. It gets amazingly hot though so technically you can cook on it via indirect heat but don't plan on cooking a bunch of steaks or chicken as you would have to keep rotating them to the one burner that works. We did this to cook a bunch of hamburgers but it was a pain. 2) There are no directions of any kind provided by host which is a shame since I had to keep texting him for basic things like WIFI code, how to work the spa, how to open spa doors, how to work Pac man game, how to turn on some tricky lights etc. This is more a burden for the host but it made me feel bad since I don't like to have to keep bugging the owner but I had no choice. We wanted to enjoy all that was there but needed some help. I will say that Keith was really quick to respond though so all worked out. We would definitely rent again!

Girls trip

The property and house were gorgeous. Plenty of room, although there are two parts of the house. Didn’t bother my group but may be troublesome for anyone who can’t do stairs. We had a great time and went to see the owners at their restaurant they just took over. Nice bar and grill-food was good. House was Very clean. Only issue we had was that some supplies were not ready for us. Such as pool was not heated until we asked. I understand the weather was cooler the week we went, but we would have used pool if water was warm. Also no cover to pool and when I mentioned, I was told there was a new one in garage and my group could open box and put on. We did not want to be responsible for opening something new, and didn’t feel we should have to do it. Also had trouble finding tanks to use for fire pits-but did find one and hooked up ourselves. Overall a 4 star/and hoping for the future things will be better prepared for guests.
