207 Linville Gardens is the perfect One bedroom, One bath for your Pinehurst Vacation! It is located on the 1st fairway of the Pinehurst Resort and Country Club’s Course No. 5. Located on the second floor, this condo has beautiful views of the course from its private, furnished deck! Master bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom, with an opening to the living room. Open concept allows visibility from the kitchen and living room. Being well fully furnished, this home has everything you will need for your vacation.

Place was convenient and as advertised. Would recommend modifying check in process to be through VRBO site. Check in email came from rental company site and went to spam and trash before I could get instructions from it. Good place for 2 people. Enjoyed the view from balcony also.

Quiet Secluded Clean Golf Condo

This was my first-ever experience with VRBO, and it couldnt have gone better. Great property, balcony directly on golf course, clean, well-supplied, well furnished. I was in town to attend military training, but if I was a golfer this would have been the perfect spot. As a Coast Guard officer, it was a pleasant surprise to see some USCG artwork in the home as well. Highest possible recommendation!

Easy to get to location, walking distance from golf courses and village (dark walk at night). Great balcony that allows you to watch some golf (Pinehurst 5) while you enjoy your coffee. There was laundry offered but a map of locations would have been nice. As well as the location of the dumpsters. But overall I would stay here again.

The condo is very nice and clean. Nice location.We came after dark, there were no lights left on for us. We had a hard time getting access to the door code. We tried contacting the property manager, called three numbers, finally someone texted us back

Neighbors are brutal

The unit itself and the location was great. The neighbors below clearly have it out for vrbo guests. They have a sign on their door asking to be considerate which is fine, but on three separate occasions they yelled up at us for being too loud on the floor. 1. My wife accidentally dropped her phone on the ground 2. My wife was moving some luggage around as she was repacking 3. I put my foot on the floor getting out of bed. All of these instances were just normal activities. Feeling like you have to walk on egg shells isnt a fun feeling. I’d recommend adding a lot of carpet to the unit. Not sure how else guests are supposed to behave without getting yelled at. It’s a shame because it’s a nice unit in a perfect location. Won’t be renting this particular unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Have stayed in this area many times, this condo was not what we expected. Had electrical issues. Had to call emergency number. They came and had to work on electrical wiring in walls. The refrigerator door was on wrong side and made it very difficult getting in to it. Very cheap uncomfortable furniture. The bed was cheap and uncomfortable. Just a single mattress on a cheap steel frame. Not friendly people living in condo below. TWhen we arrived they had a note pasted on their door stating their ceiling was our floor and to be quiet. They kept banging on their ceiling even when we just pulled a chair out to sit at table. Very disturbing. We ended up finding another place to stay after two nights of this.

Incredible location to walk on eggshells for four days

This place is exactly as described. The location is incredible. The price is extremely reasonable, but why so low? CONS first: The downstairs neighbor posted a sign on his door addressed to "VRBO Renters" - be considerate, don't make noise. He would bang on his ceiling if he thought the noise level was too high. We thought it was golf balls hitting the condo (which happens pretty frequently). The condo has wood floors, and even walking was too loud. He would crank his TV at night as a retort, but we couldn't complain about his noise. The furniture is IKEA at best and nowhere is comfortable except the balcony. The bed is the worst bed we have ever slept in. If you're thinking about an adult getaway, this is not the place for you. The bed's too loud for any privacy. Date nights will end with platonic hand-holding because the neighbor pounding on the floor. If you try at all, everyone will need to concentrate and even then it'll be a race to beat the neighbor hitting the floor. Now for the pros: Location! This place is the end-all-be-all of locations. Hole 1 on course #5 at Pinehurst. The kitchen is well stocked with all necessities. The bathroom is nicer than the pictures. I wouldn't stay here again, even at the amazing price point. They need to get this neighbor under control and get a better bed.

I wanted to have a place to stay that was clean and comfortable, nearby, but not a cookie cutter hotel. This foot the bill. Quiet pretty area with balcony that I could watch the golfers as I drank my coffee in the morning. Shower was awesome, and kitchen easy to use. Will return in the future, really enjoyed my stay.
