Pinehurst Tree House

Known as one of the famous "Pinehurst Tree Houses", number 12 is your perfect Condo. This tree house sits in the Brae Burn Community of Pinehurst, built in the 1970's. Enjoy the entire condo for you and your group! Located near Pinehurst No. 3, you are centrally located in the town of Pinehurst. This tree house is decorated and well equipped for a long or short term rental. This rental does include a private washer and dryer (located in base of home), beautiful views of Pinehurst Lake and private wrap around deck.

Longer stays are welcome—please inquire for availability and details.

Guests do NOT have lake access!
Home has a standard drip coffee maker. Please no more than 2 cars at vacation home.

We came up in February so it was cold. I spent everyday hanging around the “treehouse”and relaxing! It was perfect. Cozy, clean, warm. Inviting atmosphere with a peaceful environment! Heat worked great! Showers were beyond comfortable with heated air!! Comfortable beds.. we all slept like the dead!

Great price and location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great spot to launch your Pinehurst golf trip. Management sent all the information needed in a timely manner and the house was a funky spot but has everything you need to enjoy your trip. We had two guys staying there and I wouldn’t recommend any more dudes staying in the house unless you like sleeping in the same bed because the house just isn’t large enough to sleep more guys without some awkward bedtime moments. I enjoyed my stay and will go back again if it’s just another guy and myself on a golf trip.

Overall this is a lovely house. I feel that the skillets need updating and the floor in the bedroom needs addressed. It felt like it was sagging and was very creaky. The place was clean. We loved the quality of the bedding and towels. Would definitely stay there again.

Great stay

We always love to stay in Pinehurst/Southern Pines but this was our first treehouse stay and it was awesome! The place was so cute and well laid out and close to everything. The wate views were awesome!
