Known as one of the famous "Pinehurst Tree Houses", number 12 is your perfect Condo. This tree house sits in the Brae Burn Community of Pinehurst, built in the 1970's. Enjoy the entire condo for you and your group! Located near Pinehurst No. 3, you are centrally located in the town of Pinehurst. This tree house is decorated and well equipped for a long or short term rental. This rental does include a private washer and dryer (located in base of home), beautiful views of Pinehurst Lake and private wrap around deck. Home has a standard drip coffee maker. Please no more than 2 cars at vacation home.
Kayak not available to guests.

Loved the Treehouse Pod!

We loved the Treehouse Pod! It was clean and adorable. My only complaint was I wish there was coffee for the for the 1st morning. We got in late and coffee would have been nice to have first thing before we were able to go to the grocery store the next day.

GREAT

Everything was wonderful! We had such a great time and it was such a cute little place, we didnt want to leave!! The only down side, was the bed in the larger bedroom was not very comfortable, the middle is sunk in. Past that it was GREAT!! We will be back!!

Family Trip

Great property and location! Only issue was that the GPS took us to the wrong section of tree houses and it was difficult to find the correct entrance in the dark. Otherwise the place was great, our kids loved it, and the location was excellent!

Cozy and Convenient!

Great stay at a unique spot! We’ve been coming to Pinehurst for 10 years and mixed things up to try the tree house. What a treat! Cozy and convenient. Loved the location and the lake views especially at sunrise.Hope to be back!

Quaint and Efficient

This place is great for a couple or a few guys planning their Pinehurst visit. The location was very easy to get to many places and a grocery store right up the road.

Great stay

We always love to stay in Pinehurst/Southern Pines but this was our first treehouse stay and it was awesome! The place was so cute and well laid out and close to everything. The wate views were awesome!

Fun getaway with my girls

Stayed with my 11 year old twins. It was so cute! Slight problem with getting in but my 11 year old was able to figure it out. It was clean and had books and games. Nice kitchen/dining area.

We enjoyed our stay. My only recommendations would be to install an actual front door & do some deep cleaning. The sliding glass door is not easy to lock & unlock. Also, most of the place needs to be dusted & under the fold out couch needs to be vacuumed. No real complaints, though.

Unique "treehouse" with lovely view

Cute and Quiet Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental was easy to access with clear directions of checking/out with no need for messaging or contact (efficient). Space was well remodeled with minimal signs of age. Otherwise interesting layout and worked for what we needed / had proper amenities such as cook wear / plates and cups, parking was not as small as anticipated. We lived in Pinehurst many years, and this was a great get-away for our family. Cons - front door was hard to lock / unlock, some spots in floor creaked at night and felt "soft" & the washer ruined a set of my wife's clothes. I disliked receiving full details of the rental 48 hours prior (too late to cancel), but did not become an issue. Tried to extend our checkout through email but did not receive a reply. Overall, We Would visit again and wish we had more time to enjoy the area.

Cozy & Cool!

The cozy treehouse was not only beautifully designed but also utilized space brilliantly. The modern appliances & close to grocery store made dinner a breeze. Despite the record-breaking heat we were pleasantly surprised that the treehouse stayed nice and cool throughout the day.
