Such a cute condo. Host was very easy to get in touch with when we hadn’t received the door lock code. We even got to see a bear the last night. Will definitely use this home away from home again.

Our family had a wonderful time while staying here! The complex building is a little run down like many reviews said, but the unit itself has been remodeled and it was very clean. It had everything we needed and the location to downtown was wonderful! Communication with the owner was quick. They always responded within an hour. All in all, I would recommend it to anyone looking to be walking distance from downtown and not spend a fortune on a condo!

When I was there parking was easy. I could see where it would be tight if it was a busy time. Clean condo. The walk to town was easy for me. I’m 57 and in decent shape. The entrance to the Village was about 4 blocks. No real grade. It’s a part of town that the locals live in so they aren’t the neatest of people. But they don’t bother you. It’s a great spot if you want to walk to town and not pay to park. Easy access to the Roaring fork motor trail but you will have drive all the way through town to get to the park. Overall a very good trip.

Great location. Easy walk to the main strip which was much convenience considering the extra traffic and crowd during the holidays. Place was perfect for our family of 5, however the building itself seems a little outdated (not the unit). During our last day there during checkout, the elevators were not working, but at least we were walking down the stairs instead of walking up. Overall, I would stay there again.

We very much appreciated the owner allowing us to check in earlier than normal due to one in our party being sick and with the Christmas parade happening the day we arrived. Knowing the traffic would be heavy, it helped to get settled, go for an early dinner and then find a good spot to enjoy the parade. The condo is an older one but decorated nicely was clean and tidy. The beds were not quite as comfortable as we would have hoped but, all in all we were completely pleased.

Perfect!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, has everything you need! The location was a short walking distance to the main attractions- which was great so we didn't have to pay to park! The owner was SO HELPFUL and answered back quickly. Check-in and check-out was a BREEZE. We will definitely be booking this property again and again!!

Great Fall Break in Gatlinburg

The condo looked just like the pictures! Nice, clean property. Communication was great with the host. Comfortable beds, Walked to downtown everyday which was nice. Would stay again when we visit Gatlinburg!

Christmas Tradition

We stay in Gatlinburg the week leading into Christmas every year. This was the first time we have stayed in this cabin, but will not be the last. Great location and really well kept. I would recommend to anyone and we will be back for sure.

This condo is amazing!!

My boyfriend and I booked this place for our week vacation to Gatlinburg. The condo was so cozy and perfect for the two of us! It was very clean and in a great spot to walk back and forth from the strip and all the attractions! The bed was very very comfortable and the whole place just made you feel at home. We even saw bears twice on the property, once in the woods outside the front door and once right in the parking lot during our stay!

Adorable hidden gem!!!

This was the perfect place to stay for our family of 4! We have 2 teenagers and this had the perfect amount of space for us. The pictures are completely accurate to the charm this little home adorns. It was very clean! I was a little concerned just by the esthetic of the exterior of the building and the elevator does have a bad smell. But when you get inside this condo, it’s perfect! The highlight of our trip was the visit from the neighborhood bear that is literally 15 feet from your door in the woods. The walk to the Strip was perfect in the spring. We will definitely be returning!

Cute place, easy walking to main attractions

Host was great in communicating. Check in easy. Place is cute, bathroom layout a bit weird and tight, but its not the owners fault but the condo layout. Thankfully there was a second bathroom so no fights. Location quiet away from strip but easy walk to all gatlinburg attractions. Thank you. We enjoyed our time in your home.

Great place disappoint weather

The property was just as pictured. Accommodated us 4 adults. We had time to visit and relax. Rainy Weather challenged however, we walked downtown both days and had rain coats and umbrellas. The location is great. However has a very step short incline walk walking up the driveway. Great for us because we need exercise.
