Ce condo n'a jamais été loué !! Nouveau propriétaire à partir du 28/10/19. Nouveaux meubles et décor.

Évitez la foule de la plupart des hôtels et dites au revoir à vous battre pour les chaises de piscine et de plage. Phoenix IX est le meilleur complexe de bord de mer propice à la détente.

Serrure de porte d'entrée sans clé pour que vous n'ayez pas à garder les clés pendant votre séjour! Wifi gratuit !!

Phoenix IX est l'un des condominiums les plus luxueux du golfe! Vous pouvez profiter d'une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe depuis le balcon ou par les fenêtres du sol au plafond de l'unité. Avec plus de 2350 pieds carrés, l'unité est très spacieuse et meublée récemment.

Les commodités sont nombreuses dans ce condo Phoenix IX: l'unité est équipée d'appareils de grande taille, d'un bar avec machine à glaçons, d'un téléviseur haute définition à écran plat 50 pouces dans le salon avec de nouvelles télévisions à écran plat dans les chambres, d'une buanderie avec lave-linge et sèche-linge . Profitez de deux chambres principales avec lits king size, de doubles lavabos dans les salles de bain et de vues spectaculaires. Deux lits Queen dans la troisième chambre, il y a aussi un canapé-lit Queen dans la chambre principale.

Il y a une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire sécurisée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis et un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne. Il y a aussi un court de tennis couvert au 12ème étage.

Pour les grands groupes, nous avons également une autre unité de 3br sur le même étage et des unités de 2br dans l’ensemble du complexe.

Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.

Geeat beach views, spacious condo

Very nice condo. Wonderful views from all three bedrooms and living room. Nice amenities. Easy access to beach. Only negative is couch in living room was not to comfortable.

Amazing Location

This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in gulf shores. The view is amazing and owner was very helpful with getting sone items out kids left behind. Will definately boon here again.

Disappointed/Not Newly Remodeled

We travel to orange beach a lot and chose this property based on the description of the listing, the location of the property and the reviews. To say we were disappointed might be an overreaction however the property was a let down. We paid more for this unit based on the listing. When we arrived we found the unit to be unclean so We bought cleaning supplies to feel comfortable in the shower and using the toilets. The rugs were nasty and The dishwasher did not work and the repairman waste the property owners money by “making it work for a few minutes”. The previous guests dirty dishes were still in there when we arrived and smelled really bad. The location was good and there was plenty of space in the unit.

Flora-Bama was close but not close enough to be disturbed by the spring break hupla. Check in was easy the view from the living room was fantastic. We will stay here again.

Communication with manager not easy. Dishwasher didn’t work. Reported it with no response. Didn’t even have right size plug for sink to do dishes. Carpet in living room was dirty. Kitchen chairs were way too heavy for a rental. Entry light didn’t work. Coffee table is a danger. Heavy glass and slides around. Unit has potential but needs to be conducive to a rental unit. Meaning furniture. Couch was very uncomfortable, all chairs were heavy rod iron. Looked nice but not practical. Wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Beautiful location on the beach with very comfortable furniture overall. Kitchen faucets were broken and took 2 days to repair. Charlie was very on top of the problem. The whole condo wasn’t as clean as I thought it should be but overall it was a very relaxing week.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great area of beach. It was never very crowded. The condo is exactly like the pictures show; however, we were disappointed with the quality of the towels and kitchen supplies. The towels were very thin and stained. The kitchen utensils were difficult to find or damaged. The non stick coating was scratched and coming off the pots and pans. The kitchen could have been cleaner and better kept up. We also had a difficult time keeping the main bedroom cool at night. Overall, we had a great stay, but for the price I expected more.

Wonderful Condo

Beautifully decorated , great location, and everything we needed for a girls’ get together. Loved the wrap around balcony and spacious square footage. Great for those that want to kick back and relax. Will return.

We were two sets of grand parents and the condo was a perfect for our group. Since the weather was a little rainy, we took full advantage of the heated indoor pool. The Condo was perfect and we would certainly stay there again.

Texans loving Orange Beach

Our condo was spacious and very well appointed! The views just can’t be beat! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony morning, noon and evening! Had an issue with A/C and Charlie got right in it. Thanks again Charlie! We will be back!

Perfect!

We really enjoyed this unit, especially the balcony. It is as described and as the photos show. It was perfect for us! Lots of room and the beds were excellent. Highly recommend! The only reason for a 4-star on cleanliness is because the rug in the very back (king) bedroom was very dirty. Needs a good cleaning. Otherwise it was perfect!

Beautiful beach views

The condo was overall wonderful. We did purchase additional supplies (toilet paper,plastic wrap, aluminum foil,dish soap, seasonings,non stick spray) as what was provided was minimal. Not a complaint but just for those visiting in the future may want to purchase ahead of time. Loved having covered parking. Easy to get to area attractions from condo location. Easy, direct access to the beach from ground level of complex. Spectacular views of the ocean from the condo. Rooms spacious. Only complaint, and a minor one is the couch isn't comfortable. Would highly recommend this condo!

The view was AMAZING, and it had a wrap around porch around the whole condo. Highly recommend staying here. Charlie who managed the property was great, and even let us go back in after we checked out to get my son's airpods that he left behind.

Very nice property

The property is larger than it looks with lots of storage for food and clothing. Kitchen is well stocked but a little disorganized. We had 5 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room and we cooked every night but one and had all we needed. We were very impressed with the space and hospitality of all at the property.
