Maintenance concerns like broken sliding doors, shower problems, and cobwebs inside and outside are unacceptable, and we regret that these problems impacted your time with us. The additional issues, such as finding extra blankets wadded up, blackened feet from the floors, and signs of damage from previous pets, only add to the frustration. These are not the standards we strive for, and we understand why you expected more, especially given the price. Safety concerns, like the wobbly coffee table, are especially concerning, and we appreciate you bringing them to our attention. We value your feedback and are grateful you took the time to share your thoughts, especially knowing how difficult it can be to leave a negative review. Your input is essential in helping us identify where improvements are needed to provide a better experience for future guests. We’re truly sorry for falling short of your expectations.
