The location was fabulous! Loved the woody neighborhood- very tranquil feeling. The main floor of the house is accessed via a long flight of stairs-This was not a negative for us but may be for others. You can get in via bottom deck but then you have to use the stairway inside to get up there. The 3rd floor is accessed via a large flight of stairs that our 2 year olds were obsessed with.Such a lovely time- we had 7 adults and 3 toddlers in this house and it was a perfect fit!

We had a great stay. The cabin was clean and just as listed. The indoor pool was not as warm as we had hoped but it was cold outside. The location was amazing and close to downtown. Very convenient!

While I wanted to mainly go fishing in town, we got the cabin for the kids…my two littlest ones stayed in the pool the entire time while the older two enjoyed the hot tub and the very near by fishing. The cabin its self was very comfortable and beautiful, had no issues with anything.

Great Place for Families!!

It’s a great place for family vacation, we had a visit from a bear the first night. The kids loved the indoor pool while the adults enjoyed the hot tub.

We had such a great time staying at this cabin in Gatlinburg! It was super clean and had all the modern touches we needed to feel comfortable. The location was perfect—just a few minutes from downtown, so it was really easy to get around.One of the coolest parts of the trip was seeing a bear in the yard! Definitely a highlight we won’t forget. The hosts were also great—really responsive and helpful anytime we had a question.Would definitely stay here again!

It was wonderful wish there would have been at least one closed in deck to enjoy sitting out but otherwise everything was perfect

Overall, house was very nice and we had a good experience. We had a great stay and the landlords were responsive. We adapted to the issues and worked around. There were some things that detracted from our experience. No hooks or hangers to hang anything in any rooms. Did have closets and dressers in rooms. Remotes for lights/fans missing or did not workRemotes for tvs did not work due to batteriesOnly half the hot tub jets worked-told it was a warranty issue. Indoor pool dumped chemicals at around 6:00 pm. Concerning when kids being in the pool during that time and did not know.Advertised view did not exist. Houses built blocking the view.No cleaning supplies. Maintenance did bring a broom but no mop. Important when you have a pool and hottub and kids tracking water. .

Very nice property. Nice location. Was well-equipped with plates,glasses and silverware. Unfortunately cooking pans were in very poor shape and not large enough for the size of my family. The place was fairly clean but the bathroom floors all had long hairs on the floor which was disgusting. As far as the pans they were in poor shape and our food stuck as the Teflon was scratched and wore off

Very disappointed

The cabin was very dirty also the pool was broken all week due to a leak which was a huge disappointment for us and our children the pool was the main reason we rented the cabin also had very little privacy the pool maintenance man just arrived one day without a notification or anything the day before we left they spent all day working on it coming in and out very disappointment is this stay

The cabin was beautiful. It was very clean. The only thing I would say is if you plan to cook there, bring all spices. They only have salt and pepper. I’m used to a better stocked kitchen. But the property is wonderful!
