Condo was nice. Nothing fancy but for the price it was awesome. Close to anything you need as far as food and stores. You have access to phoenix 1-4 which is nice. No tv in the front bedroom is the only negative. Would not go more than 4 people may get a little tight. The grounds are well maintained and clean.Has a small coffee shop on the property .

The views were heavenly! Room was spacious and comfortable. Location in the middle of all restaurants, entertainment etc. definitely would book again.

Condo was clean but could use a good deep cleaning and updates. The a/c filter was dirty and you can see it when using the washer/dryer. Numerous outlets did not work properly. Bathroom trash cans and toilet paper holders had rust spots all over them. Front door did not properly shut without pushing it securely and the lock did not shut properly. Bed in master was clean, decorations were cute. Lighting in condo was not great and ceiling fans were loose. Great location to beach and activities. Staff was amazing at condo complex and pool areas were clean. Beachball properties were good communicators as well. We would book with Beachball again just not sure about this condo again.

Snowbirds staying for a month. Things we loved: Ocean view, saw dolphins almost everyday. Condo was clean and well stocked. Location is great. Amenities were good.

Everything was great! Had a wonderful time. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the master bedroom mattress was too firm for my liking. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great View

We loved our stay in the Phoenix 1. The view was spectacular with doors to the balcony in our bedroom and the living room. The rooms were all spacious, and neatly decorated. We hope to return someday soon!

Awesome views of the Gulf!

Great condo with lots of amenities. Good parking, clean and well appointed unit. 9th flood provides awesome views of beach and the Gulf. The large balcony is the star. Bathroom shows evidence of a previous leak from the unit above and the beds aren't the best. There really is plenty of room for 6 people.

Great location

Great condo tastefully decorated, well laid out, nice sized patio to enjoy the sound of the waves. One recommendation is to invest in a foam topper for the King sized bed. Felt like we slept on plywood which proved to not be restful @ all.

Very good experience, cleanliness could have been better, water pressure in the apartment was low, could notice the wear and tear of the overall building. and apartment door.

First timers

We loved the orange beach area. With our condo right on the beach that made it even better. Amazing sun rises and sun sets were amazing. Our condo room was great, only comments we had that were negative was that it could use some updates with the kitchen utensils and some of the damages to the cabinet in the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay. Pool side was great for the kids when we got tired of the beach! Thanks again!

Great Location for kiddos

We enjoyed our vacation at the Phoenix. The condo was clean, spacious, and conveniently located. It had a pool (w shade) and a splashpad on way to the beach. Our only downfalls and reason we gave only 4 stars is the beds were not overly comfortable and the elevator takes forever. They only had 1 working elevator for all the condos and it was on the small side so you would have to wait awhile to go up or down.
