Après le coucher du soleil (Ne manquez pas le coucher du soleil!) Promenez-vous au Pier Park et profitez de la musique et des festivités. Oh, ai-je mentionné SHOPPING! La chasse aux bonnes affaires dans tous les centres commerciaux, boutiques spécialisées et boutiques de Pier Park vous tiendra occupé pendant des jours!

Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Mermaid's Mansion au moment où nous avons vu la vue imprenable sur West Bay et le golfe du Mexique à l'est du salon et du balcon. Vous serez WOWED par Sunrise chaque si vous êtes un dormeur tardif - pas de soucis - nous avons des draperies assombrissement de la pièce dans toutes les fenêtres et les deux portes du balcon!
Gardez votre appareil photo prêt, car un lever de soleil est plus beau que le suivant. Apportez vos jumelles à Mermaids Mansion dans le ciel aussi!

Ce n'est pas votre condo ordinaire de deux chambres. Il n'y a que 2 autres chez Origin avec ce plan d'étage spacieux. Avec seulement 7 condos à notre étage, nous sommes situés juste à côté de l'ascenseur! Super EZ chargement et déchargement!
(Certaines photos ont été prises avant que nous ayons complètement remplacé le tapis avec un magnifique revêtement de sol LVP. Vous pouvez sentir le nettoyage!)

- Pas de fêtes! Nous aimons accueillir des Spring Breakers responsables, mais nous ne louons pas aux étudiants sans parents ou tuteurs légaux présents. La partie responsable doit avoir au moins 25 ans et doit rester sur la propriété.

- Interdiction de fumer, de vapeurs ou d'e-cigarettes dans notre condo ou sur nos balcons. Mermaid's Mansion est sans fumée.

ACCÈS PLAGE:
Prenez l'ascenseur rapide jusqu'au hall du premier étage, traversez le passage piétonnier (les voitures s'arrêteront pour vous!), et entrez dans le privé 'TOWNE OF SEAHAVEN' accès à la plage.
Laissez vos tongs sur la promenade, au banc / douche, puis SQUISH vos orteils dans le sable mondial célèbre sable blanc de Panama City Beach. Mettre en place vos chaises de plage au bord de l'eau, et se détendre dans le pays de AHHHH!
Si vous avez faim, Sharky est là, en attente de votre commande.
Rien de tel qu'une boisson glacée sur une journée chaude et ensoleillée de Floride!🍹

Note du propriétaire: Nous n'avons jamais pensé que nous serions heureux de séjourner ailleurs où ce n'était pas au bord de l'eau sur la plage. C'était avant que nous expérimentions ORIGIN! Avant d'acheter, nous avons exploré de nombreuses stations le long de la plage, mais rien comparé avec les équipements (nous avons été gâtés!) que Origin a à offrir, à une fraction du coût des autres.

Great Ocean and Sunset View! Fun Beach Decor! Cute and Clean.

Best condo we've stayed in at Origin. Liked having 2 refrigerators and the extra kitchen shelving. We felt right at home here.

Cute and convenient and Loved the VIEW!

Exceeded expectations. Liked that 609 had an extra fridge for ice and drinks. Liked not having to take an elevator. Liked walking to Sharkys and other nearby shops and restaurants. Liked how easy it was to get to the beach. Liked the indoor hallways. Liked having access to the15th floor observation deck. We'll be back!

Wonderful Accomodations!

This was the perfect place for me and my husband for a relaxing weekend away! Very clean and updated decor made Sharon's place feel like home! Beautiful beach view and location to Pier Park was outstanding. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening which provided expansive ocean views. We will be back!!!

Close to Pier Park

Within walking distance to almost anything we could want!

We recently stayed at this studio condo. The accommodations were very nice. It had a nice, comfortable bed. The unit was very clean and neat. The location was great. It was within walking distance to almost anything we could want. Within a short drive we could go shopping at the outlet mall or to St. Andrews Bay for a day of snorkeling or shelling. The pool and the workout room were very nice also. We spent a lot of time at the pool. The beach was right across the street and couldn’t have been easier to get to. It was nice to sit on the beach in the evening and watch the sunset. There is an abundance of restaurants for dining out. A short distance down the road was Pier Point with all kinds of shopping and dining. There is a particularly good ice cream store. We checked it out more than once. We had a great time and would certainly recommend this studio to anyone. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to go there again sometime soon.

Highly recommend!

We were very spoiled by the HUGE TV on the wall opposite the king bed, and the ocean view! The condo was very clean and well decorated - got much more than we expected for the price. The owners "welcome book" with menus and suggested activities helped us make good choices. The warm swimming pool was wonderful in January, and the huge jacuzzi hot tub with ocean view was amazing!

A Fabulous Vacation Resort

My friend and I stayed at Origin for a week in June, and we absolutely loved it! The condo itself was very warm, comfortable and inviting. The cleanliness, new tile, and general upkeep certainly contributed to that atmosphere. The listing description was accurate...the appearance was even more beautiful than they described and amenities were very nice. We flew in and did not rent a car because we planned to spend most of our time on the beach. However, we did decide to tour and view the sites, and used the bus transportation. It was great - bus came by every 30 minutes and it was also economical. We traveled to various restaurants, but our favorite was right across the street - Sharkeys. I am a "karaoke nut" so we were there every Monday and Wednesday. Other restaurants were also within walking distance, or we took the bus. The view was absolutely breath-taking, so be sure to ride the elevator to the floor where you can watch the sunrise or sunset. Ocean view was also fantastic! Many mornings I sat on the balcony and enjoyed the peace & tranquility that I feel when I am near the ocean. It was nice to have such a short walk to the ocean where we could soak up the sun, and we also enjoyed the pool because it was so convenient. I have recommended Origin to all of my family and friends, and hope that others enjoy their stay as much as we did!

Sorry to leave

Just back in sunny but cold Ohio I was very sorry to leave the warm and friendly PCB area. Stayed a week in Sharon's studio and it was just as described, clean, well decorated and laid out. View from room and pool deck is wonderful. Hot tub is super. Sharon was most helpful as was staff at Origin. Hope to visit again and will definately stay at Origin.

Guest's email to Owner!

I wanted to touch base with you since we have returned from the trip to Florida. The weather was beautiful as so were the beaches. There is no oil to be found in the area anywhere. We loved the condo and its location. You have it decorated so cute and the notebook you put together is so helpful. We used the towel service and the pool and you are so lucky to have the ice machine located close to your room. The walk to the beach was simple and we spent lots of time on the beach. I found a broom in the closet to sweep up what sand seemed to find its way into the condo. We had a great time and a beautiful wedding and each night we relaxed and watched the sun set from the balcony.

We had a great time staying at The Origin. We had never stayed in a condo before and this was beautiful, we felt like we were at home. The area was great! We had friends staying beach front across the street from us and their condos were not half as nice as The Origin. Sharon was very, very nice and helped me greatly! Town of Seahaven-Origin Studio Efficiency

My experience at Origin was everything I could have hoped for and then some. Sharon was a pleasure to book with and the room was amazing. The staff at Origin was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely return!!

An Enjoyable Trip

We stayed at the Orgin in April 2010 - in one of the Studio + units - the room was great! Clean and a nice size for just the two of us. We only stayed a few days and spent the majority of the time on the beach, which really wasn't a problem to get to, even with the traffic and crossing the street. We never went to the pool but all of the areas we did see were just as described and pictured on the web. The only downside (and for someone who has never been to PCB before, my boyfriend didnt mind it all) was that the front doors of the units exit to an interior hall instead of directly outside, but the price was right and Sharon was super helpful in getting everything arranged and giving us lots of tips on what to bring and what we didnt need to lug around. We had a super time and would definitely stay there again.

Our stay

The condo was beautiful, employees friendly and we liked the location. We would hesitate to return to Origin at Seahaven because of the wait for an elevator. A service elevator is definitely needed. We found it frustrating to wait for 5-10 minutes for an elevator filled to capacity with housekeeping carts. One employee stopped the elevator at each floor to clean the landing. Our unit was on the 13th floor so using the stairs wasn't feasible when carrying luggage, coolers or beach chairs.

While my husband was on a bachelor's party fishing trip in Cape San Blas, I was able to have a relaxing Memorial Day "girls weekend" at Origin. It was fantastic. The room was so spacious and the view was great. We basically just rotated between the beach (which is right across the street), Sharkey's (a restaurant right on the beach, just in front of the hotel) and the pool/hot tub which was high above the street and great for watching sunsets. No need to go anywhere else! Additional perks - kitchenette, parking right below the hotel (with elevator access), along with the towel service for room and pool. We had worried a little bit about the oil spill but were confident in reserving this space after talking with Sharon. She walked me through everything on the phone and even gave me tips on what to pack. So gracious! Thank you for everything - we hope to visit again down the road.

Fun in the Sun

Room was outstanding! Had one bedroom condo. Appliances very nice. View from room superb. Pool was very nice and staff helpful. Would reccommend to anyone!

Wonderful Experience

I travel alot, so I know quality.....1429 is quality. Arriving in late May 2010, we were greeted by a very friendly, helpful staff. The little theatre room was an added bonus; I saw movies almost everyday. Our condo was clean and spacious. The 'non-view' room had a wonderful view of the ocean and early morning sunrise. Although we could not get our hands on a luggage cart coming or going, we were close enough to the elevators to make do. Another plus is the Condos are conveniently located in the middle of everything. And I love the covered parking. The beach was clean and perfect for us. Sharon tried so hard to please, and we were definitely not dissappointed. We will be going back to PC, and we have decided that this is where we will stay....everytime.

Great Stay

My overall experience at the Origin was great. When I checked in, I was actually given a different room that the one I had booked. Therefore I really cannot comment on the actual condo unit, but the property was amazing. Sharon was very helpful on the phone when I booked the room, and gave me great advise on what I was interested in. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and hope to return soon.

Great Room

Sharron thanks for setting us up with two great rooms they were everything you had described them to be. i will for sure be getting back with you next time i am in panama city.. Only problem was is the pool was out of order but i can understand it was broke and they said it was on order to be fixed just my luck i guess.. Anyway thanks for a great set up .. larry

We ejoyed our stay so muc...

We ejoyed our stay so much at Origin. We stayed in room 809. Everything was perfect and the location was great. Sharon was also very easy to deal with and was very patient to answer all of my questions. We look forward to staying again very soon!!!

We had a wonderful time i...

We had a wonderful time in Seahaven. Sharon was wonderful to work with and was very honest about room 1409. It had a wonderful view and the king size bed was to die for. The pull out couch was another story, but we made due and I made a big pallet on the floor for my kids with pillows and blankets. I do wish, however, the staff at the origin was more knowledgeable. Many did not know about the kids' activities they could only hand out a sheet of paper that said when they were happening and where (at Sharkys). They did not monitor smoking habits around the pool and unfortunately we learned the first week of June is not the best time to go b/c of so many young adults at Origin. Overall we moved when people smoked and called sercurity when the parting was too loud. We would stay there again, just change the time frame. Thanks Sharon, Mike loved taking all 500 and something pics from the room...

We honeymooned in Maui in 2007 after a 2 year courtship! I was widowed and had sadly sold my little beach condo at Sunbird in 2002. (My family fell in love with Panama City Beach since we arrived here in a pop-up camper in 1985!) After selling my Sunbird, I was so bummed - then daughter Kerry said she would buy another condo with me - and we purchased Calypso - perfect for a large family. We LOVE it! Then when I met Terry and got married again, we wanted a special place for the two of we found that perfect spot at Origin.

My husband and I are very excited to be a part of the 'Towne of Seahaven'. A few years ago, during a beachwalk from Calypso, we stopped in the Seahaven Welcome Center. We were touched by the Bennett family's dedication to a dream they had since 1924! We liked the idea of being able to leave the car behind and walk to everything. We fell in love with the spacious design, and the romantic view from the oversized balcony - facing SUNSET!

My favorite part of Origin is the 4th floor Grand Pool Terrace and the HOT TUB. After a long walk on the beach there is nothing better than a relaxing soak in the foaming hot tub with the million dollar ocean view in front of me.
LIFE IS GOOD!

Beach access is EASY. Take a speedy elevator to lobby level, go outside to the crosswalk, cars stop, you cross to 'WELCOME TO SEAHAVEN' private beach access and the ocean is yours!
