Great family vacation!

Our family had a great time in the villa! Their garage was packed with great beach things for the kids like and toys and boogie boards. Everything was lovely!

Great stay, awesome place

overall great place and experience. It is nice to have the resort amenities along with a kitchen, two master suits and tons of space. The unit is big, lots of room to spread out and everything you could imagine from beach towels, chairs, snorkel gear, etc. Would stay here again 100%.

Great property

This was a very nice place to stay. The property was very clean and well appointed, including beach toys. Views of the ocean were excellent. The property manager was very responsive to any questions / requests. Would stay here again.

Relaxing home !

Our family enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo. It was so quiet and peaceful. Beds were great. Lots of towels etc. Loved that we could use the Mauna Kea resort!

Everything from booking through departure went perfectly. Beautiful home on golf course with expansive ocean view. Highly recommend!

Paradise Revisited

Great quiet location, minutes from the Mauna Kea Hotel and beach. We had everything we needed and super hospitality from our property managers. We’ve been coming to the Mauna Kea for many years and will definitely return!

Incredible Stay!

Our family of 5 adults + 1 toddler stayed at this beautiful villa and loved every second of it! The home had the baby items we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked and ready for our late arrival so we didn't have to worry about basics. And what a treat to find all the beach goodies in the garage - even toys for the toddler! Highly recommend renting this villa!

Everything about staying here was easy and hassle-free. Everything was as expected if not better. The picture truly don't do justice to this home. The views, the feeling of being home, the pool, the location was all perfection!

Family fun at Thanksgiving

We rented two condos. The condos were had gorgeous views and were very comfortable. We enjoyed the access to boogie boards, beach chairs, and bags. We had a wonderful thanksgiving dinner made with local ingredients and were able to utilize the grill and kitchen as well. It was wonderful!

Best Vacation in a long time!

We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. We'd only stayed prior in a house on the Mauna Kea side of the highway so at first I was worried about the distance of the condo from the resort but it was such a short drive with convenient parking that it didn't matter. Plus, the community pool was beautiful and a nice respit from the busy beach environment. The condo was well stocked and nicely decorated. My only comment would be that more (current) board games would be a nice addition. The check in/out process was very smooth and management responded to our questions immediately. The app was very helpful and comprehensive too. We will be back!!

Best of Both Worlds

We had a wonderful stay @ Endless Ocean Views. The property managers were so responsive and helpful. The property is better than expected - the views are beautiful, the home is spacious and very comfortable (incl beds). The lanai is lovely and protected from sun and wind for anytime relaxing. We paid the resort privileges fee - this is absolutely WORTH IT! Access to the resorts including parking, beaches, pools, no need to take towels, bill restaurants to your account and on and on. Having the convenience of a home plus the amenities of 2 resorts. Highly recommend! 5/5 stars Thank you!

The property manager was beyond difficult. We have a paper trail showing that he ignored issues.

Dirty unit, no internet, non-working bbq fan (excessive smoke while using- fire hazard), broken dishwasher

We work extremely hard to support all our guests and host thousands of guests every year across all our homes. We attempted to respond each time this guest brought concerns. We are fortunate in Hawaii to have extremely fast Internet. This home specifically has 400Mbps Spectrum Internet as shown in speed tests. We even added multiple WiFi points to ensure coverage to all areas of the home. When the guest reported a dishwasher issue we had a technician there within an hour and resolved it promptly. We were not notified of any issues around cleaning at the checkin other than the outside garbage bin being full from a previous guest. For every clean we not only have a cleaning crew but have separate inspectors to ensure everything is in order. With one of the largest guest support teams on the Big Island and in the resorts, we are fortunate to host thousands of guests each year and receive the most 5 star reviews. We are greatly disappointed when we hear guests are not happy and do our best to make things right.

From summit to beach a terrific birthday celebration

We picked the Mauna Kea area as the perfect rendezvous spot to gather our son (OC) and daughter (Alaska)with their partners to celebrate my 70th birthday ... the home is beautiful, appointed with everything including great beach equipment. We did not find the need to sign up for the beach club. We played Mauna Kea course, did the summit at sunset tour and loved hanging out at the beaches. The woodwork in the unit is gorgeous. We hope to return soon!

Big Island Endless Ocean Views

We just spent 4 nights at this fantastic property. Amazing attention to detail by the owner and property manager on literally all aspects of your stay. The kitchen, living room, outside lanai and two master bedrooms are exceptional. Further, we cannot say enough about the clarity of instructions, follow up and responsiveness of the property manager. Overall, be prepared for a first class experience!
