Direct Private Beach Access - Newly Renovated Condo - Heated Pool

Newly renovated beach condo in beautiful St. Augustine. Enjoy beach access through a private pier or choose one of the three private pools (one is heated) or two hot tubs on the condo complex. The complex also has a gym and outdoor gas grills.

The condo itself has been recently renovated with beautiful finishings. It is fully-equipped with everything you need from kitchen gadgets to a washer and dryer. The sofa pulls out into a bed to accommodate a total of six people.

Enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches of St. Augustine or visit the historic Spanish colonial fort, the alligator farm, Ponce de Leon's Fountain of Youth, or the Pirate and Treasure Museum. There's plenty of fun to be had in St. Augustine!

Includes one dedicated parking space with a guest space (first come, first served) directly next to it and other guest spaces in the parking lot.

We loved the property! We had a pool literally 10 steps away, and the beach was uncrowded and peaceful. Rooms were spacious and clean, with plenty of extra towels on hand.

Had a wonderful time at Kathryn's place. Very clean and well maintained. Had all the essentials (including laundry in-unit), except a few minor toiletries that I think she will take care of for next visitors. Very quiet and accessible to attractions. Steps to the very well-maintained pool, which I had to myself most of the time! If you're looking for a workout room, I never saw one. This beach is gorgeous, but if you're looking for "steps to the beach," it's basically a 5 minute walk (I thought "direct access" meant it was right outside our building -- it was not). If you're looking for that, look for "Ocean View" in the description. Also, be aware that like most condos there, these are 3 floor buildings with no elevators; this unit is on the second floor.Overall, this was a great unit for us, and we would come back!

Everything about this property was perfect for us. Upon arrival, we had a little issue as our code wasn’t working, but the host quickly fixed it. I would stay here again. Everything is convent - the pool and the ocean.

Beautiful place, the only issues was the laundry was still in the dryer. (No biggie there) Dishwasher hadn't been ran so I took care of it. There was sand on the counter tops but hey your at the Beach our stay was very nice the place was great on all aspects. We done all towels folded and put away and also washed the rugs to help the cleaning lady. We swept everything the night before so it should be in pretty good shape for the cleaning person. Definitely recommend the place. We loved having the pool so close. Thank you

We had a problem with the code to use on the door’s touchpad. We co reacted Vrbo, who got Kathryn and she was extremely quick and helpful in resetting the code for us.The unit was clean and comfortable.We stayed for two days, and it was fairly reasonable in price. It definitely could have been worse.

The property is older, however, the condo we rented had been updated and is a short walk pass the pool to the beach. The owner was responsive and quite helpful when we had questions. The unit is also a short drive from Old Town and St. Augustine beaches.

Perfect condo a short walk from the beach !

Our family enjoyed relaxing at this property! The location was great -- an easy walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants and downtown. There were 3 pools in the community that we loved -- very clean and never crowded. Hope to stay here again in the future.

Great stay at adorable condo by the beach!

We stayed at Kathryn’s condo by the beach during our first visit to St. Augustine to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary! Super cute clean modern condo with comfortable beds!! Short walk through beautiful landscape and beach dunes to beach! Condo is close to many different restaurants and 10 minutes to historic downtown St. Augustine! We enjoyed every day of our stay!!

Nice condo- inside was updated, although outside is definitely showing its age, but the mature landscape takes up for it. plenty of pools if one is over crowded, choose another, its a long walk to beach but very pleasant none the less. would stay here again for sure- of course water pressure could definitely be improved like all Fl stays in my experience.

The property is quiet, relaxing with direct beach acess. Away from all the tourist crowds with a well appointed kitchen. Close to publix supermarket. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was nicely decorated, well-stocked with towels, and very close to a beautiful beach. While the condo initially appeared clean, I quickly noticed two cosmetic issues and one major deal-breaker. The two common area sofas were visibly soiled and dirty. Far more concerning, however, was a pest issue.Upon entering the condo at 10:00 PM, we were greeted by German cockroaches coming out from behind the kitchen cabinet. I immediately took pictures to send to the host. We initially saw about 6 roaches of various sizes. Because it was 11:00 PM on Labor Day weekend and we couldn't afford to drop an unexpected 800 on a last-minute hotel, we were forced to stay. My husband went to CVS for roach spray, but it didn't solve the problem.I messaged the host, who responded the next morning. She claimed the unit hadn't been treated because the previous guest denied entry to pest control. She then awkwardly questioned me, asking if the roaches were actually alive. I confirmed they were very active. She promised a partial refund and said pest control would come after we checked out.The next day, the problem worsened. Roaches were crawling on the counters, meaning we could not prepare food or leave snacks out. The following night after picking up pizza and returning to the condo we were greeted by the pests again. Baby roaches began crawling out from behind the stove. I became incredibly stressed, upset, and physically sickened by the environment. I would not recommend.

When I say this is the worst guest I have ever had in more than a decade of hosting, I am not exaggerating. I have seen photos of roaches before and they are never that clear - I am still convinced that it was the same dead roach repositioned throughout the kitchen for photos which is why I asked. I immediately offered her either a partial refund or a full refund if she wanted to cancel and move to a different location because I had indeed had a prior guest refuse the preventative pest treatment. She refused. She just wanted a full refund and a free vacation. Labor Day is hurricane season in St. A and there is plenty of availability so that’s not a valid reason to not take my offer. Her husband then proceeded to charge up over $100 in pay per view movies (my bad for not password protecting that I suppose but I generally assume basic decorum in guests). Even though I had already refunded about 70% of her stay and not cancelled their reservation, she refused to pay for the movies. So this guest almost actually cost me money to host her and also left a one star review. Fortunately most of my guests are delightful which keeps me renting out our vacation home while we’re not using it, but it’s guests like these that make me reconsider that.
