New Amenities in the house and garage!!

We now have a massage chair available for our guests!! Did you have a long drive to get to our property? Now you can come in and sit back on the zero gravity massage chair and feel like you went to heaven!! The massage recliner has rollers that will roll up and down your back. Come stay with use and get FREE massages on the house!!

The 2nd new amenity is only for smokers. Are you a smoker and hate sitting outside in the heat or cold to smoke? Now we have our new smoking hut just for you!! It's not heated but it's better than sitting outside. In our smoking hut we have a table and chairs that seat 4 and a nice recliner. Go into the hut and sit back and relax and smoke if you want. All we ask is that you dispose of any cigarettes or garbage in the bins right outside the hut! (Ok it's a garage but I call in our smoking hut!) I know lots of people smoke so I felt the need to try to accommodate them too! And then we keep the smoke out of the house for the non smokers who are stay.

So now everyone can relax and chill out in our house or in our garage! I hope you will see that we really care about giving our guests a great 5 star stay! If you have any suggestions for us we are open to them. If anything needs to be fixed during your stay just let us know and if it's an urgent matter our handyman will come right over. And if it's not urgent we will get the task on our handyman's list! Our home like everyone's home needs to be maintained. We don't live there so we wouldn't know if something needed to be fixed unless our cleaners come across it.


This is my “little gem” house! It’s the smallest house in my collection that I Airbnb! We also have a 3 bedroom house and a large 5 bedroom house. This is the baby 👶 of them 😝. So if you don’t need a large house but love smaller cozy houses and don’t have a large group or large family then this is the house for you! The house might be small but we work hard to add all the great amenities you need or might need during your stay at the house! We’d love to have you as our guests so please book asap!

The Space

This house may be small (only 670 sq ft) but when I found it I knew I had to buy it to share with others! It’s a small and cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood in Green Bay and only 1/2 a block from Marquette Park! (And also close to the stadium and the new convention center!) The house has great Spectrum internet speed if you need to work from the house! And both the living room and 2 bedrooms have smart TVs with cable!

It’s has 2 bedrooms one with a queen bed in it and one bedroom with 2 twin XL beds! It has a full basement with a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay at the house. It also has a one stall garage that has a smart garage opener that your welcome to use during your stay! (If interested in using the garage during your stay contact me for more info) The garage is nice because you won’t have to worry about scraping off your car In our crazy WI winters. Also you won’t have to worry about moving your car when our plow guy comes!

The house might be small but it’s stocked with ALL the amenities we have in our big houses! This house is just for smaller groups of people. (Single business traveler, a couple, a single person with a couple kids, a couple with a couple kids and 2 couples. The house really wouldn’t work for any larger groups or families. I only have the 2 twin XL beds and the queen bed and there are no more sleeping spaces available in the house. However, if you do need more room we do have other larger houses available so please contact me if you need a larger house or more sleeping spaces! If our other houses are available we can host you at one of those houses! This house is just my "little gem" I purchased for smaller groups!

Guest Access:
You will have the house to yourselves and we have smart locks so you can access the house anytime that works for you after 4pm. If you can’t come until 11pm that’s fine you’ll have your personal keycode for the lock to get in at anytime! (We just like to leave some lights on for you if your arriving in late)

We do sometimes offer early check-ins depending on the situation. If a guest checked out that morning and the cleaners have it cleaned before the time you’d want to check it at then we can allow it.

Now late checkouts are pretty much a no-go because the cleaning team comes from out of town and need to get in and get the house cleaned to have it ready for our next guests. There may be exceptions to this if I’m asked for this in advance but not 10 minutes before checkout because the cleaners would already be on their way to the house!


Guest Interaction:
If you look at my reviews from my other houses you will see I have tons of glowing reviews! I just love working with my guests to make sure they have everything they need while staying at my houses!
With that being said I can interact as little or as much as you want. If you got questions for me I’m quick to respond. If your a pro-guest and you don’t need any interaction once you’ve checked in that’s fine too. All I ask from you is this:

I love it when guests let me know that they have arrived at the house and all is great! That’s it! I just like to know your all set to go and don’t need anything or have any questions about the house!

I’ve had guests say something didn’t work at the end of their stay and it did work and it was just operating confusion. We work hard to make sure we have everything operating at all times. So if something isn’t work just pop me a message to see if that’s really the case. And that way if it’s not working I can get it fixed ASAP if need by or schedule my handyman to fix it after you check-out.

Other things to note:
We don't allow smoking in the house but we do allow it anywhere outside or in the garage. (There are chairs and an astray in the garage if you want to/need to smoke while staying at the house!

Besides being only 1/2 block away from a park the house is only 1 mile from the Packer Stadium and new convention center. If you don’t mind the walk you can just leave your car at the house and walk to the stadium or convention center. Might take 15 minutes or so!
